Tips:

If you plan to come out prepare for the worst, have a supportive friend be there with you, a phone on you, and have a place to stay if your kicked out
It will probably not be that bad but, uou always need to be prepared

If you need a binder, theres websites like bigbrother were you can get cheap af binders, and you can wait till Xmas or someone's bday u can buy one online with the rest of ur stuff and say it's presents so no one asks what it is

In showers, try wearing bathing suits and taking them off only when washing  .. That
And use soap bars so you dont have to put ur hands directly on that.

If ur straight + cis and your friend or partner (there r straight lgbtq couples, trans ppl, bi ppl, pan ppl, just cause there in a straight relationships there still lgbtq+) is freaking out, try comforting them by figuring out if they want a distraction or to talk about it, and be extra nice the whole time, make sure there comfortable

If u see any sign ur friends being physically abused, call social services
That goes for everyone

If someones being mentally abused be careful,
Its less likely social services will do anything, cause its easier to make it seem like nothing wrong,
My one friend, his mom convenced social services hes a lying brat,
Shes been making him hate himself for years, last week she locked him in a car blaring music on full volume for a hour cause he wouldn't take off some sunglasses the first time she asked

My other friends mom, pays her sister 100 bucks to say shes a good mom,
She only notices shes alive when shes forcing her to clean the house, and multiple times has fucked someone ON HER BED
FOR NO REASON

Ok rant over, be supportive and always there for them, but dont tell anyone until  you have some proof.
It seems like u should tell someone but if there told on, but get away with it, no clue what could happen to your friends
