Dimitri was barely awake when he got home late that night so I didn't get to speak to him about what had happened at the meeting. The next morning, however, mom left early so it was just me and him during breakfast.

"There's a pack meeting at seven tonight. Both the Mellorsian Pack and Villishan one are going to be there. I think they're going to break the news that the packs are combining." he told me between bites of cereal.

"Will I see you there?" I asked. I was hoping to be able to spend some more time with him today. I was worried breakfast was the only thing we would do together that day.

"Of course. Our pairing does have to be announced after all." he smiled at me making my heart flutter. Newly mated couples were announced at the first pack meeting after they meet and I was nervous about  it. My mating would be news to all but a few people and there were bound to be questions about our plans for the future. I was a rather shy person so being slammed with questions wasn't going to be a comfortable experience for me.

"Good." I whispered relieved as I took my last bite of cereal.

"What are you going to do while I'm working today?" he asked genuinley interested.

"Probably go out with Candace and Julissa. Candace will want a new dress for the meeting tonight and she tends to get me and Jules to buy new dresses too." I smiled.

"Sounds like you'll be having a much better day than me." he chuckled finishing up his breakfast as I agreed.

"Oh, before you go, what was that enviornmental thing last night?" I was so curious I could barely contain it.

"Intense solar flares, I didn't really understand it." he told me and I looked at him confused. "I know english fluently but I don't know these long scientific words. It was very hard to follow."

"Oh, that makes sense. I don't even know most of the big science words." I laughed. It did make sense, no matter how well Dimitri knew English it would never be his first language and there would be things about it he struggled with.

"I don't think the wolf speaking did either. It was funny watching him read off the little notes he had." he chuckled and I laughed along with him before we went back to less serious conversation.

An hour later Jules, Candace, and I drove towards our favorite shop excitedly.

"So, how's it going with the tall, smoking hot Russian?" Candace looked at me winking.

"Amazingly well," I smiled, "he's perfect. He looks at me like I'm everything he's ever wanted and he is everything I've ever hoped my mate would be." I sounded so cheesy but it was all true. Dimitri was my mate, he was made for me and I was made for him; we fit together like two pieces of an incredibly intricate puzzle.

"We'll have to come over for dinner sometime this week so we can judge for ourselves." Julissa laughed, "Sorry dear, but you're a bit bias."

"I might just be." I giggled as we pulled into the parking lot of the shop.

"Okay, time to cut the mushy crap." Candace said making us laugh as we walked up to the store. She opened the door for us as she said, "Liv, you're going to be in the perfect dress for the annunciation of you fiding your mate if it kills me so no arguments. You will try on everything I hand you and you will not bitch. Understood?"

"Uh huh." I just nodded, Candace was on a war path.

"Good." she smiled walking to the first rack and starting to look at at each and every piece of clothing.
