Alfred laughs as another kid scrambles to his feet, trying to get away from James. The girls giggled along. His brown hair waved in his face and his blue eyes shun as he laughed to the point of tears.

"Got anything else?" James asked. The boy shook his head. James kicked him and laughed. Tobias sat from afar horrified. This was fucked up. No one was doing anything. He threw his hair to the side as he played with the sleeves of his hoodie. He was glaring at the kids.

"Tobias stop looking." Tobias looked at his friend, June, and growled.

"It's not right." He told. Arthur hit him in the head.

"You are a stupid lad. You know that, right?" Tobias hit the others hand away. June kicked him under the table.

"Just stay." Tobias finally gave up and nodded. It was always like this. They were supposed to be the kids that didn't care. The once that were teachers pets and at the same time breaking the rules. They were the out cast. The mosher kids. The bad kids. Tobias looked at his hands and kicked June.

"Freshmen ahead." Tobias mumbled. June turned around to see her younger sister. The girls blonde hair was shining brighter than the sun, her grey glasses all fogged up and tapped together. She was around two other kids. One had books covering their face so no one could see what gender they were. The other stood tall and proud. Her hand in a splint and her eye with an eye patch. The kids looked their way and some laughed.

"Look guys a pirate, a nerd and a zero." All the popular kids laughed. Tobias looked at June. She sighed and smiled at him.

"Go and kick their asses." Tobias nodded getting up and heading to the freshmen.

"Look they got in trouble with the emo kid." Tobias bit his lip. He got the the younger kids and bent to their level.

"Lina and you two. Wanna sit with us?" He asked in the most gentle voice he could give. They nodded and rushed over to the table. As they were going back, James stuck his foot out tripping the zero kid. Tobias was pissed.

"Looks like zero has no brains." Lots of people laughed. Tobias helped the kid up and ushered them other to the table. Then he stared at James.

"Hey look. An idiot. Even a monkey is smarter than you. Hell I'll take it further, even a piece of dirt is better than you. Your not a piece of dirt or an animal. If I called you that I would feel bad for the dirt more than you." Tobias told. All looked at him shocked. June was just smiling. Arthur was talking with the kids, not paying attention. He knew that could happen and it could get ugly. James stood up grabbing Tobias by the front of his hoodie.

"Who do you think you're speaking to?" James growled in his ear. Tobias smiled.

"You of course. Who else is fatter than an elephant?" James threw Tobias on the ground. He quickly got up and threw a punch at James. James grabbed Tobias and swung him into the tables. Alfred looked at the poor boy. Tobias quickly kicked James in the stomach and pushed him. James dragged him to the floor and flipped them around so now he hovered over Tobias with a fist up above his head. He started to punch Tobias. Alfred got up and pulled James off.

"Dude calm down!" He yelled. James huffed and got up. Tobias wobbled to his face. Both had cuts and scratches. Tobias also had a nose bleed and he hit his head in the floor.

"Mr Schmidt! Mr Moore! My office now!" The guidance counselor had happen to walk in. Great. Tobias wobbled over to her, James limped. He felt a terrible pain in his stomach. Alfred sighed. Why did James get into so many fights?

"Al!" Lauren yelled. He looked and smiled.

"Hey Laur." She ran to him and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Honey. Thanks for stopping my brother from fighting. We still on for our date?" She asked. Alfred laughed a little.

"Of course. Why wouldn't it still be on?" Lauren shrugged. Quickly as a teacher walked pass she removed her hands. Al sighed in relief. No way. He couldn't lie to himself.... But he had too. Al smiled and quickly kissed Lauren's cheek. She giggled and waved bye. Al got all the guys hitting his back and cheering.
