James was talking to Al, who had just brought his sister back.
"Dude. I promise I've got a guy who is bringing alcohol. And all I have to do is use him." Alfred rolled his eyes. He felt back for who ever it was.
"You can't really do that. He's going to be heart broken after awhile." James grabbed Al by the ear and dragged him close.
"But you ain't going to mention it. To anyone. Got it." Alfred pushed him away.
"Of course not. But don't lead this guy on for a long time." James rolled his eyes.
"Ye. Whatever. See ya." He slammed the door in Al's face. Al sighed and walked to his car. Damn the only person he could think about was Tobias. He was the only boy that could get alcohol. As Al got in his car, he hit the steering wheel.
"What have you got into kid?" Alfred hissed. He put the key in and started to car. He slowly started to drive to his house.
"But.... You got yourself into as mess too... Going out with someone you don't like. But... Tobias your lucky you're straight. How many girls as he been out with... Five up to now." It was true, Tobias had been out with five girl. Wait but James was playing with his feelings. It might not be Tobias. Al sighed and got out his car after parking. He walked in and opened the front door. Al was tackled in a hug.
"Al your home!" His younger brother yelled.
"Not fair Jr! I wanted to hug him first!" Al laughed.
"Jr, Talulah! Both of you come here!" Both hugged him again and Al picked them up.
"Champ! How was your date?!" His dad came walking in with a big smiled.
"Danny don't bother him.... Tell us everything." His mother whispered. Al laughed and put the kids down and hugged his parents.
"It was great." Lie. All lies. He then ran up to his room and closed the door. He sighed and slid down it. So much was going through his head. Then he heard a knock. Alfred smiled. He opened the door.
"Alfred! Alfred! Alfred!" His eight year old sister shouted. He kneeled down to her height. Then all of a sudden a motorcycle sound came pass and his sister cover her ears. She started to cry.
"Grace. It's alright." His mom quickly ran up. She smiled as Alfred calmed her down. You see his sister had developmental delays. In other words she had autism. After she calmed down, Grace got excited again.
"Alfred!" She hugged him with all her strength. Alfred hugged her back but not to tight. Soon she turned to her mom.
"Let's go eat sweetie." Grace started to babble. The only words Alfred knew was food, mommy and Alfred. He giggled and closed the door. He loved his family. He loved his friends. But he hated himself. So much. Alfred quickly took his shoes off and flopped on the bed.
"Another day..... Another day." Alfred then fell asleep. He woke up in the middle of the night with someone tugging on his sleeve.
"Alfred." Grace stood there with tears in her eyes. Alfred smiled.
"Grace you..." She sniffed again.
"Scary..." That was a new word to Alfred but she must have had a nightmare. Alfred moved over and lifted up the cover. She quickly got in, struggling, and then she fell asleep.
"Night night Grace." Before he went to sleep, Alfred swore he could hear a night night. In the morning his sister was jumping on him.
"Wakie! Wakie! Wakie! Mommy! Mommy!" Alfred smiled. Then he got up and Grace got off his bed. She ran out the door and slowly went down stairs. Alfred was already in his clothes so he slipped his shoes on and walked behind Grace. She was really slow going down because Alfred and everyone else told her to be careful. Once they got down grave walked in the kitchen and pointed to the cookie jar. Alfred chuckled, getting a cookie and looking at her.
"Cookie." Alfred told. Grace just looked. He repeated the words and Grace got frustrated. She started to cry a little. Alfred snapped the cookie in half and gave her one half. She ate it and wanted the other half.
"C.... C..... Cookie." She mumbled Alfred gave her the other half and she ate it. Once she ate it, Alfred knelt down.
"Well done. Your really good." Grace loved the praise. Alfred gave her praise when she did something right or said a new word. Soon his mother woke up and took Grace off Alfred's hands.
"I'll see you after school." His mom told with a smiled. Alfred nodded and smiled.
"Bye bye Alfred!" Grace yelled. He grabbed his bag and headed for his car. Once Alfred got in, he drove to the school and parked. Quickly Alfred went inside and went to the usual spot were all hung out.
"Al! Yo!" James yelled. Alfred smiled.
"James!" Both started to chat with the other group. But a certain boy caught Alfred's eyes when he walked in. Tobias was trying to avoid someone, but who. James turned around and smiled.
"Tobias! Here now!" Tobias froze but turned and walked towards James. No way. Tobias really is the guy. That means. Alfred couldn't believe it. No one else knew. But him and James. But why did he act tuff and better yet why date girls? Tobias, the boy with lots of confidence, hide who he is. Alfred just gave a smug look, he was going to show Tobias his act.
"Why the emo?" Brandon asked. James smiled.
"He's the one supplying the party with alcohol." Everyone started to cheer and some girls dragged Tobias, so he was sitting.
"That cool!" James smiled.
"He does need a new nickname." James told. Alfred knew what to say.
"How about rainbow?" All laughed but agreed.
"Ye. He is a bit of a pansy. Okay rainbow... Welcome to the club."
