~Jack's P.O.V~
I saw Caspian and Daniel run towards us.
Cody was in his house somewhere and all of a sudden Caspian cleared her throat and I looked behind me, seeing Cody.
Caspian and Daniel started singing together, "Thinking Out Loud"
"Jack, I really like you, and I know this isn't the best way to say it with, I don't know, all this, but I wanted to do something special for you." He said to me and I couldn't find the words to say it back so I just grabbed his shirt and pulled him down to kiss me.
When we pulled away I looked in shock at Caspian and she had tears streaming down her cheeks.
"I'm gonna leave how, my work is done." Caspian said and Daniel took her hand and they walked away, back to her house, I suppose.
"If you wanna stay here you can." Cody said.
"Okay."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
He grinned and kissed me.
~Caspian's P.O.V~ The next morning~
I sat on my bed, college applications and maps of the campuses and classes all spread out around me.
There was a knock on my door.
"Come in." I said, not taking my eyes off the papers.
The door opened and closed.
"Good morning." I heard Daniel say, and I mumbled it back.
"Why are you doing this now?"
"I have to pick the college, apply, pick course, and blah blah blah so I kinda have to do it now."
He sat down in front of me and the papers.
"It's so stressful and I don't wanna do it right now but I feel like I have to and I'm so angry an-" He cut me off, "Forget about all this." He said, stacking up the papers neatly, and putting them on the floor.
I sighed and looked at him.
He was already dressed in ripped black jeans and a white shirt.
I was just wearing a hoodie and cloth shorts.
He crawled over to where I was sitting on the bed, in the corner of my bed, leaning against the wall.
I leaned onto him and he wrapped an arm around me and I couldn't help but smile a bit.
"Your dad left for work and Jack is staying at Cody's, so we're the only ones here." Daniel said softly and I grinned.
"What are you saying, Mr. Seavey?"
"What I'm saying is, I can kiss you and not be scared for my life that your dad will walk in and beat the shit out of me."
I giggled and looked up at him.
He leaned down and kissed me gently.
I kissed him back the same way.
When we pulled away I smiled and he played with my hair and we talked about random things.
