Safe for now

"Well what do you expect me to do?!" asked Sasori.

"Danna can't you at least try to help? Konan is pretty much traumatized" said Deidara.

Sasori rolled his eyes as he left the room.

Deidara followed Sasori and hugged him.

Sasori sighed.

"Deidara, I don't want you getting mixed up in this. What if the guy..."

"It's okay Danna. I just wanna help Konan" said Deidara.

Sasori kissed Deidara's cheek and said "sometimes I wish you weren't so reckless."

Deidara headed to Itachi and Kisame's room.

As Deidara was about to open the door he heard Itachi yell "DO NOT COME IN!"

Deidara laughed and went in anyway while Itachi was sitting up on his bed hiding a book underneath the covers of his bed.

Deidara facepalmed and said "So what do you plan on doing for Konan?"

"Not much. If we can't catch the guy then we can't do much" said Itachi.

Deidara left the room and went into Pein's office.

"What is it Deidara?" asked Pein.

Deidara tilted his head to point at Konan's room.

"Deidara, you're risking the chance of two members being hurt. I'm already pissed off someone is hurting Konan so lay off if it" he said.

Deidara slammed the office door as he entered Konan's room.

She hasn't moved an inch since the last time he saw her.

"Konan. I'll stay with you" whispered Deidara.

Konan nodded as Deidara lied on the floor with her.

Then the window opened and a Kunai was thrown to cut off the door knob.

Konan's eyes filled with fear and she froze up and tensed.

That ninja came back. With a friend.

"Get our of here you bastards" said Deidara.

Deidara grabbed Konan and screamed for Itachi and his Danna.

"Danna please!" screamed Deidara.

The friend of the ninja punched Deidara, knocking him out and then beat him up u til Deidara was black and blue.

"Deidara..." cried Konan.

"Alright where were we babe?" asked the ninja.

Itachi then entered the room and grabbed Konan.

"Get the hell away from her" he said.

Itachi then saw someone he didn't recognize beaten up.

He took that mysterious person along with Konan, running to Kisame and Sasori.

By the time Itachi got there, he was out of breath and panting.

Kisame carries Konan out of Itachi's arms.

"Who's that person?" asked Sasori.

"D..d.." mumbled Konan.

"Who is it Konan?" asked Sasori.

"Deidara..."
