Andi's pov
The noise...

Oh my god the noise...!

If you place a bunch of twigs on train tracks and watch a train roll over them, that's what it sounds like right now. The entire room is vibrating... and we're under ground! Like how!?

And with the sounds, the vibrations and Cyrus whimpering in the corner next to Tj... I surprisingly don't feel anything. I'm not scared, worried, anxious... I feel... nothing...

As fast as the storm came... it left. The sounds stopped and silence fell. We slowly trudge out of the basement and into the main hallway.

Good the house still exists...

We walk outside to see twigs snapped, shingles ripped of roofs and the odd blown window. Other people were emerging from their houses too. On one looked hurt and Cyrus' neighbor's service dog pranced around happily across the yard. Completely oblivious to what happened.

I stood in silence until Daniel tapped me on the shoulder.

"You ok?" He said. I slowly nod my head. Daniel walks past me and picks a dandelion off the ground. The flower looked as if it was untouched.

"Even in destruction..." Daniel began. "Nature always regrows."

He placed the dandelion in my hair. I propel my self onto him and wrap him in a hug. It felt like we were the only two there until the still clashing thunder snapped us back to reality.

"Andi, Buffy, do you and your significant others need a ride home?" Mrs. Goodman asked.

"Yes." Buffy said. "But Marty's house is 5 houses down."

"Yea I'll walk." Marty said. "Tomorrow is gonna be one heck of a clean up day..."

"Of course..."

A little later

Me and Daniel hopped out of Cyrus' moms care. We said good bye to Cyrus and Tj and started to assess the damage on my soon to be house...

WAIT ANDI'S SHACK!

I dart towards the backyard leaving Daniel behind me. I jump over the downed fence of the backyard. I close my eyes and open them to see my parents, my grandparents, and Walker standing over a pile of wood.

No...

I run over and drop to my knees in front of the Andi's shack sign which is now snapped in half...

*Third person*

Andi held the sign in her hand which were now visibly shaking....

Her entire life... the memories... the crafts... the countless twislers Andi has kept away from Cyrus... gone...

Destroyed by the wind... an unseen force...

Tears welled up in Andi's eyes and began to flow consistently without end. As she took a breath her voice trilled each time. Bex comforted her on the ground along with Daniel.

Andi thought the struggles of this year was over for her...

"I-I was s-so wrong..." she said quietly before picking her self up of the ground and jetting off to her room.

Bex and Bowie shared an apologetic look with Daniel. He was also feeling the some of the same feelings as Andi as one of the traits he hated most about him self was being triggered...

He hated lost... and will feel remorse for anything, even if it didn't effect him...

But he had to push what he was feeling aside to help cheer his girlfriend up...
