" So yes all that happened in that one trip to the theme park , and you never knew ,because you were running off of adrenaline ,and loaded snacks. So yeah... "

"So it was a school field trip ,and at this time I was friends with fucking druggy ,Tyler Durden ,and his hippies."

" Yeah you-no-hold on .."

"So I ate some loaded gummies ,and a couple of brownies he generously gave . But more gummies through out the day. In which you didn't notice", I scrutinize the two .  " So when I ran out of them I went to Tyler's room. Where he tried to 'make moves' on me. With me ,and I easily cooperated.

You guys were looking for me ,for whatever reason ,and saw what was happening ,and you started to pull me away. I was still consumed by mari-ju-ana and  found an escape from you. In wich I ran ,and ran until I reached a unbusy part of the park. By this times its night ,and you guys had been looking for me for hours.

When you found me I was sleep on the side of pool ,at the deep end. Rediculously close to the edge ,and at the time I could not swim . So when you found me  I was startled a lot ,and still a little buzzed. Wich ended me up running around the pool ,dangerously close to the edge,and I tripped I fell in.  I almost drowned wich scared the living shit lights out of me back into reality .

The morning after I was angry at the Asshat,and went on a rampage  to punch Tyler, because I found out what happened. Just to go take more loaded snacks from him again. This time when you found me I was at this place",I point to the picture.  "I was rebounded in foolish happiness when I seen you. Realizing I was actually able to see people that I know, and who literally saved me. So I took a picture with you ,"I point to Nahir. "To remember im alive ,and to cherish exactly who saved me ."

He shakes his head yeah while I give him a confused-I-don't-believe-you look. He just looks so reassured that I processed this. While Cole just keeps saying yeah ,and rubbing his thighs ,and knees through his pants awkwardly.

"Oh", I say pausing. Catching their attention .

"Well that was haha"-  I don't get to finish ,because there's laughter ,and I realize its mine. I laugh harder to were my stomach is clenching for me to stop . So I do slowly. Hardly looking back up at Cole ,and Nahir. I see them staring at me stoic face expressions.

"Wow guys come on I mean high off of fucking gummy bears. What the hell ,and how old was I? 14 15 . Is this  some Fosters cliche shit , and the pool thing big oof. Yeah ,wow. So thanks for saving my life ,and me from that thing of a person Tyler."

I stop laughing hesitantly ,and actually turn serious for a second. My mind pondering to all the things that could've happened between me ,and Tyler me. I could've drowned. I could've died. I could've been raped. I could've lost my virginity ,intoxicated. I could've possibly overdoes off of those gummy bears. These thoughts running through my head I did the only thing possible for me.

I go over to Nahir to hug him him already standing ,and sigh in his shirt. Letting out a breath ,and many unsaid words with it . I clench him harder ,and put my face on the side of his shirt to stick for a minute. I raise my face up to meet his eyes with a meaningful thank you. Him simply looking down on me as im something precious ,and fragile. "Always", he replies, looking down at me .

We stay like this for a minute still captured in this moment. Savoring the graciousness of each other ,that were here. Until a cleared throat ,and a drawn "okay" separates us. I simply smile ,"uh thanks". I scratch the back of my neck, filling it with hair ,backing away from Nahir and Cole .

"You couldn't tell me that why ? And why don't I remember that?", I say confusingly still processing everything. Im broke out of my thoughts when Nahir speaks up .
