  Hannah's death has been hard on you lately. Clay Jensen just gave you the tapes. You reached tape 7 and played it. It was your tape.

Hannah reason for putting you on there is because she liked you. In more than a friend kind of way. She never told you she was bi. That made listening to the tapes harder for you.

Hannah dated Justin and Zach, and liked you and Clay. Clay, particularly, hates you because of Hannah. Anyone that's on the tapes he hours after, tries to get a confession. Justin hasn't been at school for a while, and Zach is your close friend, you're only friend.

When Zach found out you had the tape he sped over to your house so you weren't alone. He found you on your bed crying and in shock.

"This can't be" you said putting your hand over your mouth.

Zach ran over to you and comforted you. Once he touched you, you snapped. All of the tears came down, you were shaking.

"Shhhh y/n it's going to be okay" Zach said rubbing your back.

"N-no it's not" you say still crying, refusing to look up at Zach.

"What tape are you on" He asks in a soothing tone trying to to upset you more.

"Seven" You day throwing the cassette player over to him.

"No of this is your fault. No matter how much you blame yourself, is not." He says placing his hands on your cheeks so you'd look at him.

"Za-Zach I-I-I killed Hannah Baker. My friend. I killed my f- friend" you say looking down crying once more.

Zach lifted your head with his finger and placed a small kiss on your lips.

"You need to stop blaming yourself. This didn't happen because of you. You didn't know and it's not your fault." He says holding you close.
