“Gray-sama! Please hurry or we’ll be late for our appointment”
“Okay, okay. Now calm down. I can see steam coming from your head.”
“Gray-sama are you teasing Juvia?”
“Why would you think that? Why would I wanna make my grumpy sweet wife angry? ”
“You’re so mean to Juvia. Juvia is starting to feel unloved.”
“Ha-ha you’re so cute. Now come before we miss our appointment” Gray led Juvia out the doors.

Today, the Fullbuster couple will be going to see their doctor. Juvia was seven months pregnant and every few weeks or so she goes to have a checkup. It is very important she doesn’t miss any of her appointments and Gray was there to make sure of it. Before they found out about her pregnancy, Juvia had gone on an s-class mission and started feeling nauseous during the battle. She had sustained a lot of injury and fell unconscious for a whole week. While being attended to by the doctors and Porlyiusca they found out she was with child. They had informed him that it would be a difficult pregnancy and they were lucky if she doesn’t lose the child up to her fifth month. When Juvia had gone 6 months along the couple couldn’t be any happier. They still went for monthly checkups just to be safe.
“Hi Juvia how are you today?”
“Meredy! Hi how are you? Have you gone in yet?” Meredy was their pink haired friend who had joined Lamia scale after the princess had forgiven them of their crimes. She was now married to the guild’s ice mage, Lyon Bastia.
“Yes, won’t be back until this fella decides it’s ready to be born.”
“Still hiding?”
“Yes but Lyon thinks it’s a boy.”
“Ha-ha and you believe otherwise?”
“I kind of hope it’s a girl. And you?”
“Healthy twin boys. Only 2 more months to go before Juvia can see them.”
“Juvia Fullbuster”
“That’s me. Bye Meredy and say hello to Lyon for me.”
“I will.” The girls hugged and said their goodbyes.
“Gray-sama we’re up.” Gray, who had wandered to where the males were seated, walked back to his wife.

When they entered the office a black haired woman turned around
“Okay, so I’m filling in for Doctor— Gray?”
“What?”
“Tachibana?”
“Wow who would’ve thought we’d meet again and like this too”
“Yeah I agree it’s been a while.”
“And you’re now married? How long?”
“It’s been two years. This is my uhh my”
“His wife Juvia. I’m sorry what happened to Doctor Kane?”
“Oh i am filling in for him for this week. Come sit here and let’s get this done and over with.”
Juvia doesn’t like her. For some reason it seems as if there is something going on. I keep seeing her stealing glances at my Gray-sama and she tries to touch him at the slightest chance possible. I will have to try and find out if she is trying to get my gray-sama.

As they got home Juvia wanted to ask but she felt the timing was off.  She was quiet at dinner and when they had gone to bed. She was being very quiet, too quiet for comfort and her silence was crushing her husband.
“Would you like to tell me what’s going on in that mind of yours?” gray reached out for her and pulled her closer to him.
“What? Nothing.”
“Come on Juvia I know you and I know this is most definitely not you. Is this about Tachibana?” she sighed and turned to him.
“Juvia is just being silly.”
“But you wouldn’t be Juvia if you weren’t being silly.”
“Gray-sama”
“Okay fine. What about her?”
“How do you know each other?”
“Well umm it’s… umm” he turned on his back, running his hand through his hair. His action making Juvia even more anxious.
“Well?”
“It was a long time ago. It was before we met and we even lost contact before we met too.”
“So what does that mean? She was an old friend of yours?”
“N-not quite. We kind of, sort of dated. I was young and wild. We had a fling but it wasn’t anything serious.”
“Okay?”
“You didn’t love her did you?” she asked.
“Well let’s just say I did enjoy her company.”
“Her company meaning sex?”
“Geez Juvia it’s weird talking about it but yeah we were sleeping around, a lot too.”
“What if, if she has feelings for you?”
“Too bad for her, cause I’ve got an awesome wife. Someone I’ll never leave even if cupid came and told me otherwise.” He leaned in and gave her a deep kiss. Juvia giggled.
“And the same for Juvia.” The babies moved at that time. They laughed and Gray caressed her stomach.
“My boys are fighters” they felt them move again
“Juvia thinks they’re unfair”
“How so?”
“As soon as they hear your voice they get all active.”
“You and I both know you’re gonna spoil them rotten”
“Of course Gray-sama it’s only natural that Juvia does. That means Gray-sama has to be the one who does the scolding”
“Hey, hey that’s not fair. They’ll see me as the bad guy. You’ll do the scolding.”
“Juvia doesn’t want to do the scolding. They’ll hate Juvia and worse they might look like you so Juvia won’t be able to handle it.”
“So it’s fine if I get hated then?”
“Juvia doesn’t mean it like that. It’s just that they’ll more than likely be ice mages so they’ll be in your company more. If you scold them Juvia would comfort them and then they’re with again.”
“Why do I get the idea that they’re already spoilt?”
“Most of that comes from you Gray-sama. Juvia knows you always talk to them whenever she is asleep and you’re not. They even listen to you more. Whenever they are being too active and you say something they’ll calm down.” Gray couldn’t help but laugh and kiss his wife.
“You’re not tired tonight are you?”
“Not really. Why did Gray-sama ask?”
“Because”, Gray whispered the rest of the sentence in her ear; she flushed red.
“Gray-sama~ don’t you know Juvia should be resting.”
“I can’t help it you always look so attractive especially now.” He kissed along her neck before placing a long kiss on her lips. He guided her on top of him to accommodate her swollen stomach.
“I love you Juvia”
“Juvia loves you too Gray-sama”
That night they made love to each other.
