Omg if I'm not ripped by the end of this summer Imma be pisssssssed.
They're introducing Pole Vaulting to the middle school's in my district next year as a part of track, and one of the high school coaches that came to talk to us said he would be giving lessons.
I had my first lesson today and I think I like it.
And my friend is doing the Strength and Conditioning camp at our high school and she suckered me into doing it with her and can I just say THAT SHIT IS HARD CORE. It's like, over 100 degrees (Fahrenheit) and humid and omg I'm going to die. There's a 40 minute running station, a 40 minute weightlifting station, 20 minute jump station and a 20 minute ab station.
I am literally going to die. It's four days a week for six weeks.
And then most days after that I've got volleyball camps.
I got one camp at the high school, and two or three (maybe four idk) at the club I play at. The HS one is just and all around position camp, one is a setters positional, one is a hitters positional, the Last Chance Camp which is an all positions, and one more I think.
AND PRIVATE LESSONS.
Not to mention violin lessons, and two summer camps.
I also have to get volunteer hours for National Junior Honors Society.
Yaaaayyyyy.
