I love Anastasia.
Everything about it—the catchy music, the characters, the "home, love, family" message, and of course, the romance between Dimitri and Anya. It's one of my favorite animated films and I treasure it dearly.
When I found out there was going to be a musical based on the film, I became extremely excited and just knew I had to see it. After watching the bootleg, I fell even more in love with the story and adored the cast so very much. However, after Anya and Dima linked arms at the production's end, I was left dreaming about what would happen next if the story continued.
Isn't it just lovely to be a writer?
After seeing the show on Youtube, I was hoping to find oodles of great fanfics, imagines, and one-shots for this wonderful tale, but was disappointed to find few. Now, there are some amazing Anastasia fanfictions here on Wattpad, don't let me mislead you, but there just isn't a good amount of them. This motivated me to write this story even more.
So here it is and I hope you enjoy it just as much (or more) as I did writing it.
