Chapter 6. Broken Waters

"I can't believe my cousin left you with this mess!" Sabrina yelled as she helped me sort out the plates I had gotten. I chuckled as she muttered about how awful of a husband Sebastian is.

Although it has been a month since Sebastian and I moved into our mansion, we still had a lot unpacking to do. It wasn't easy despite him being a demon and all, I just wasn't satisfied with the furniture so we had to get new ones.

"[Y/N]?" Masaki spoke as she peeked at us from the corner she was hiding in. I smiled as I saw her beautiful eyes.

"Yes, my dear?" I asked.

"I got something for you," she walked over as she held something behind her back. "It's for my cousins." She held out a beautiful boxed covered in red velvet with a golden ribbon around it.

"Oh?" I grabbed it from her as she took a few steps back. Slowly I opened the box, making sure it wouldn't break. I gasped as Sabrina came closer to me.

"Isn't that cute," she mumbled as I hugged my niece.

"Why, thank you!" I started to form tears around my eyes, "This is so beautiful!" Tears streamed down my face causing Masaki to freak out.

"What, you didn't like it?" She spoke frantically as Sabrina laughed before explaining to her.

The doors flung open as I stared at Crystal, who walked in with Ciel. I cried even more as I saw more gifts being brought to me.

"[Y/N]?!" Crystal said as she shoved her present to Ciel, he gave out an annoying puff. "What's wrong?" She placed an arm around me as I tried to stop myself from crying.

"Nothing," I replied as I took a deep breath, "Masaki just gave me a beautiful gift." She smiled a bit as she grabbed her present back.

"Well, Ciel and I brought you some!" She cheerfully spoke. I smiled as I saw how adorable each gift was.

Man, my hormones sure make me want to cry again. I thought as Ciel looked around, I sorta knew what he was going to ask. Claudia walked in after helping my uncle with some presents he got. Jesus Christ, he sure went out on this.

"Where's Sebastian?" Ciel asked as he once again inspected the house, "why is it such a mess in here?" Before I could replied, my uncle dragged me towards him.

"I heard you were having twins so I got one of each," he showed me each gift, in a way, he felt like he was going to be a grandfather.

"That's great and all..." I said as I saw claudia try to put everything on to the table, "but how are we going to put this in order?" I asked.

"Easy, I'll help!" Crystal spoke as she gathered some stuff, "Is the nursery not ready?" I scratched the back of my head as Ciel sighed.

"Sort of," I laughed nervously. Sebastian and I hadn't finished the nursery since he was filling in for me with the Queen.

"It's okay, [Y/N]." My uncle spoke as he gathered some of the presents as well. "We'll take it from here!" He signaled Ciel to help them.

"Jeez, Sebastian can't even stay with you for a bit?" Sabrina asked, I rolled my eyes at her.

"He's filling in for Sabrina, he has to..." Sabrina shook her at me.

"I understand but, how many times has he stayed with you this past week?" I ignored her remark as I opened a box filled with forks, knives, and spoons.

It was tough not having Sebastian around as much but, I understood why. Sebastian gets the job done and the Queen likes that. I was getting to slow due to the twins, it also stressed me out. Sebastian and I agreed that it would be better if he filled in for me. It took quite a long time for queen to trust him, in the end she was glad that she did.

"[Y/N], be careful!" Sabrina yelled at me as I almost dropped the knives on the floor.

"Sorry," I muttered as I pulled out my watch, it was getting late and Sebastian was taking forever to come home.

"Listen, I'm sorry for yelling at you," she stated as she gathered the rest of the utensils. "I just hate the feeling of you being alone all day," she gave me a sincere smiled.

I knew Sabrina was on the nerve of breaking down, she likes to watch over Masaki but she and I had a different relationship.

"We're done!" Masaki yelled, I almost forgot she was here.

"You should come see it," Crystal suggested as she grabbed Ciel's arm.

I saw my uncle smiling at them until they got to close, in which he pulled them apart. Claudia snickered a bit but stopped as Sabrina glared at her.

"Here," Crystal handed me a cloth, "Cover your eyes." I nodded as I wrapped the cloth around my eyes.

I could feel my uncle hold me as Ciel held my hand, they lead me to the nursery. I waited until Crystal told me to take it off. My [color] eyes widen as I saw how beautiful the furniture was placed.

"Awe," I cooed, "you guys made this look so perfect!" I hugged them, one at time.

"Now, we have to wait until Sebastian can see this!" Crystal grinned as she leaned against the wall.

"When is Sebastian coming home?" Ciel asked, he seemed annoyed with the fact that Sebastian has been gone during my pregnancy.

"Shouldn't he be home by now?" Sabrina added, I looked at her as she rolled her eyes.

"I'm sure he'll be home soon," I replied as Ciel sighed. He wanted to believe my word but it wasn't that easy.

"Well, I hope so!" Masaki said as she skipped her way into the hallway.

"It's getting late," my uncle announced, "you should eat, [Y/N]." He stated as I maneuvered my way to the hallway.

"I agree, you're carrying two life forms in you." Ciel spoke as he helped me.

"I would but, I don't have any servants to help me..."

Although, I make my own food by myself. I needed someone to help me due to my size. I was due in about 2 months, being an angelic demon had its benefits. Even so, I still struggled like any normal pregnant mother.

"It's okay," Claudia said as she set the table. "I brought some food I made earlier," I thanked her as I tried to sat down.

My stomach began to hurt as Ciel tried to help me once again. I groaned as I heard something drop.

"My god," Sabrina said as she quickly came to me. "[Y/N], your water broke!"

"What?" I said in disbelief as my uncle ordered Claudia to get the carriage ready. I saw Crystal take Masaki to the kitchen. "I'm due until another 2 months!"

"Well, I don't know what to tell you," Sabrina tried to help me walk as Ciel ran to open the doors wide.

"I can't believe this is happening," I whispered as they pain got to me.

My uncle helped me to the carriage as he informed Sabrina to watch over the girls. Ciel entered the carriage as Claudia took us to the nearest hospital.

Sebastian, where on earth are you?

Hello everyone! After being gone for about 3 years with no notice, I am back! I do apologize! The reason for my absence is due to my education. I wanted to focus on it and now since it's summer, I can focus on finishing this book. I'll try to make another chapter today (it's 1:35 am where I am from) if not then tomorrow, until then!
