Third P.O.V.
It had been two days since the incident, the doctors had informed everyone that (y/n) was okay. Which relieved everyone's worries, the only thing that bother them was the fact that she wouldn't wake up. Apparently, while giving birth, something happened within her body. It had put her in shock, almost making it seem as if she was dying. She was put in a coma due to the amount of blood she had lost. (A/n: I know this isn't medically right but whatever).
Everyone, especially her babies, would visit her. Sebastian spent his days and nights at the hospital while Sabrina and Crystal took care of the babies, in the hospital. Ciel had to tell Sebastian to check up on his kids, he didn't want them (as in kids) to not see either of their parents.
"Sebastian," Ciel said sternly as he watched the demon look over the bed, his wife having a pale tome to her skin.
Ciel sighed in defeat as he walked away, everyone was worried. Even Crystal, she had fainted when she saw her cousin being pulled to the ER. Luckily, her head was okay and nothing bad happened to her. Even so, Sabrina and Claudia made sure she okay.
"My love, wake up," Sebastian muttered as he held her hand. This is what would always happen, every morning he'd talk to her. In hopes that she'd wake up.
He chuckled slightly as a tear formed on the side of his face. A small memory began to play in his head, it was months before (y/n) had given birth.
"Do you like the names Luciel and Angelica?" He could remember how soft her voice sounded like, it was late at night when she started to talk about baby names.
"Luciel? As in Lucifer?" That night was the best night for him, he remembered how beautiful she looked whenever she'd rubbed her belly.
"Yep, to show your demonic side and my angelic side," she gave him a smile that night, one that he could never forget. "Lets face it, they'll be more demonic than angelic!" Oh, how he missed her.
His tears burst out as he gripped on her hand even more. He softly loosen it once he saw the sanguine color. He felt awful, miserable, almost everything that's negative. He kept his composure since he had to stay strong for his kids. In case, (Y/N) didn't make it.
"Sebastian, the nurses need to do their jobs," Crystal spoke once she entered the room after knocking. Sebastian wiped his tears away, he didn't want her to see what he was going through.
"I apologize, give me a moment," Crystal nodded her head as she left the room. Sebastian smiled slightly as he stared at his wife, "goodnight, I love you."
The nurses watched as he kissed his wife's forehead, he proceeded to walk away. It was hard for the nurses to even do their job whenever they saw him do that. Some of them even had to switch shifts with other nurses, just so they didn't have to see that again.
"You okay?" Sabrina asked as she walked up to her cousin. He nodded his head as he drank water, it was something he got used to since (Y/N) would eat and drink.
"Where are my kids?" Sebastian asked as Sabrina sat next to him. They were in the cafeteria, it was Sebastian's hiding spot.
"Asleep in their rooms," since their mother was in living in the hospital, for now. They had their own special place to be in.
"I'll see them then," Sabrina nodded her head as she watched him walk away. His head hang a bit low, maybe even lower than before.
Sebastian felt as if (Y/N) wasn't going to make. He didn't wish it upon him since no one else could steal his love for her but he feared for the worst. (Y/N) was everything to him.
"Hello, my kittens," Sebastian whispered as he made it to the room. They were asleep, so peacefully.
This was the only hope he had left. The love for his children made him feel better than seeing his wife stuck in bed. He loved how cute they looked and how calm they were. None of them knew what was happening at all.
"Sebastian!" Ciel yelled as he slammed the door open. Sebastian gave him a glare as he put the babies back to sleep with his powers.
The worried look on his ex-masters face made Sebastian worried. He quickly ran out the room and straight to (Y/N). His red eyes watched as (Y/N)'s hand moved. He felt happy to see her moving again until he heard the deadline. His heart dropped as his wife struggled to fight for her life.
The beeping wouldn't stop, he prayed that she would wake up. He didn't understand how she could die when she was a mix, a hybrid. The nurses pushed him and Ciel back as the doctors rushed in. Sabrina and Claudia were holding him back from running inside the room while Ciel panicked.
My love?
1 day later...
Crystal cried as everyone watched the casket being put down. Sebastian had no emotion, it pissed Ciel off. How could a demon not cry over the love of his life? Everyone mourned over (Y/N) she was a great woman, even the queen sent her condolences to the family.
In her honor, Sebastian had named their kids Luciel Lucitor Michaelis and Angelica Angels Michaelis. They were the names that (Y/N) had discussed with him and he loved them. They were apart of her. He wanted to give his children that, especially when they'll be growing up with out her.
"I'm sorry," Sabrina said as she walked up to Sebastian. She gave him a hug before dropping a rose inside her grave. It almost feels like a vivid nightmare for him.
My love, is this the end?
