A year later...
The skies were dark as the graveyard was filled tears. The pain still lingered within each person standing there. They were like zombies, in a way. None of them spoke to each other or even held one another. They just allowed the sense of death take over their bodies.
"Hey (N), how have you been? Good, I hope..." Crystal whispered, breaking the silence. "We miss you, the kids, my father, your brother, me, almost everyone!" Her voice started to break as she placed (N)'s favorite flowers on her grave.
"Lady Crystal," She looked above to see Claudia holding Misaki in her arms.
"Give me a moment, please," Claudia nodded her head as she backed away. Crystal let her tears fall down as she pulled out a picture. "These are your kids, they turn one today, aren't you proud? They look like you." She laughed slightly as she laid the photo down.
"Crystal, we have to go," Her father said as he held in his tears. Crystal shook her head as held on to the ends of her dress, she was laying across the grave.
"I can't! I don't want to let her go!" She cried out as she was pulled away from the grave. Everyone watched her with sorrow.
After (N)'s death, Crystal hasn't been the same at all. No matter how many times her family tried to make her happy, she would still be sad.
"Aunt (N)? I miss you! So when you wake up, come home, okay?" Masaki spoke as she laid a small blanket on the grave.
"We must go Milady," Sabrina said as she tried to keep a straight face.
"Okay!" Masaki smiled as she ran towards her grand uncle. Sabrina slightly smiled until she looked back at the grave.
"I've been taking care of her just like you said I should," she whispered, "I still can't believe you're gone, the kids, your kids miss you." Sabrina sighed as she placed a couple of flowers down before going after her mistress.
Sabrina now served for Masaki, she wasn't going to eat her soul since she made a promise to (N) that she wouldn't. Plus, Masaki reminded her of (N), in a way. So even if she tried, she'd feel something holding her back.
"(N)? I don't believe in these things but if demons and angels are real then I suppose this might be true," Ciel spoke as his turn came, his eyes weren't that shining blue anymore. "I miss you but I also hate you," he said as he looked down at the grave.
"My parents left me, and now you did as well..." He sighed as he kneeled down. "I hope you're at rest now," he left a (c) pendant on the grave.
Lizzy cried as she held on to her fiance's arm, although Elizabeth barely knew (N), she still felt the need to cry. After all, this was her sister-in-law, she must feel something right?
"I wish the kids could've come," Crystal muttered as the group came back together, she blew out her nose. Ciel shook his head as Claudia tried to clean up her mistress's tears.
"There's no need for them to come here, at least not yet," Ciel sternly spoke, Elizabeth nodded her head. Crystal rolled her eyes at them.
Crystal still had some feelings for Ciel but not as much. Especially, after (N)'s death, Ciel didn't seem fond of her tears.
"I agree but even so, they have the right to know soon," Sabrina stated as Masaki was playing with her grand-uncle. "They're not humans after all, they'll grow up faster than your species can." Ciel nodded his head as he looked at the ground.
"True, I hate how Sebastian barely talks to them about (N)," Crystal grumbled as she gave Claudia her used tissue.
(N)'s babies only saw paintings and photographs of (N) but never knew what happen. Sebastian never seemed to talk about the topic. Instead, he'd spend his time helping out in the factory where (N) used to be in charge of.
