Toms POV

"MATT! WHAT HAPPENED DOWN THERE?!"
"H-he took Edd."
"Who?!"
"The prisoner."
Crap...  No...  This isn't real. None of this is! "Edd was KIDNAPPED?!"
"MHM"
no...  No no... I promised to protect him...  Even if I am the court wizard that doesn't mean I won't protect him with my life. "Matt, get the guards ready, we're gonna raid a bandit camp...  The biggest bandit camp,"
"On it!"
I watched as the tall ginger ran down into the guard barracks. I could hear some shouting and the clashing of steel and iron.  This was a war almost.  Almost.
Soon enough a load of gaurds came pouring out of the barracks. Each holding some type of weapon in hand. Why would I need a weapon though? I'm quite good when it comes to magic, I'll use it to my advantage. I felt strange, my anger was taking over, this wasn't good...  You see, I'm...  Half monster... And when it comes to something like this...  Then my monster form could...  Well... I would transform...  And that wouldn't be good.  But I swear, I WILL save Edd. I WILL. 

We ran into the base...  That's when we knew we were lost. It was a series of tunnels.  "Split up! Search every tunnel for our king! And don't hesitate to kill anyone!"
I decided to take one very skinny tunnel which looked fairly clean. The fire bolts we're ready...  Just incase.  I continued down the tunnel, I could hear the clashing of blades from elsewhere.
The tunnel started opening up, and I realized I was on a...  Balcony...
That's when I knew I regretted this tunnel. Two shapes we're visable in the dim light.
Edd... And...  Wait...  THE PRISONER?!
And...  They were... 
Wait...
Theyre KISSING?!
I felt miserable. All my passion for getting my love back is no longer there.
I turned around, hopefully they didn't notice me.
Somehow they didn't even notice the battle!
Slowly I crept out, but of course, I just HAD to slip on the rug. I fell into the wall, letting out a small whimper that had attracted the attention of the two. The prisoner or I should say, The bandit king, got up and walked over to me. Who was knelt over in pain.
That's when I saw him take out a dagger, slashing it across my back, I screamed in pain. 
"SHIT!"
The bandit only laughed and continued. That's when I got fed up. Right there and then, I struck him with a summoned sword. This was going to be a battle.

Tord's POV

This conjured weapon didn't really hurt me. I was used to this. So obviously I didn't play by the rules...  What fun would that be?
I used a spell of invisibility. Hah he isn't the only one who uses magic!
I could tell he was confused, so that's when I stabbed the dagger into his neck, he didn't see it coming...  Well of course he didn't!
I felt him drop onto my feet. What a little bitch.  "STOP!!!"
Edd ran up and grabbed ahold of me. "You can't hurt him! He's important to me Tord... Please..."
"Well Edd, you're not that important to me, why did I even bother coming here...  You...  You CHEATER!"
This guy...  He just said this to Edd, I know I hardly knew the young king and we were already dating, but I DO know he is sensitive.  Out of the corner of my eye. I could see him tear up and turn away.
"WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT TO HIM?!"
I screamed after the mage as he walked away, completely ignoring me.
Looking behind me, Edd had his head to his knees, I knew he was crying. I will make that man pay for what he's done to Edd.
