——-Early next day some women stormed into your room. The tiredness were clearly viseable as you looked at them, before you remembered which day it was. «you are here to help me get ready?» The shorter one of the women nodded.«yes, princess.» There was no point on arguing with the women, the marriage were happening no matter what you did, or did not do. You got up from the bed and looked at them. «give me five minutes please?» you wanted to do your morning routine alone, not with people howering over you like you were a child.
Most women dreams of their wedding day, finding the right man,too feel like a princess, which colour theme they thought fit best and so on. You were one of the girls that dreamed of your weddingday... back when you still were young and togheter with Ben. Both of you used to dream and talk about how your future were going to be like when he was finnished at the jedi academy, how you both should settle down on a peaceful planet and start a family togheter. After he turned and you lost the man you loved, you kind of forgot about marriage and romance all togheter, in your heart it was only Ben Solo, no one else. Not that people hadn't tried to win you over, you just couldn't forget him.
The two women came back in to you as they started to do your hair and makeup. They went with a traditional braid with curls on the side of your face, and some neutral makeup with red painted lips. As the bride you should look perfect for the wedding day, or so said everyone. «my oh my, princess! You look beautiful» Silver went up beside you making you smile a little. «thank you» The two women stayed silent as they conntinued to get you ready for the wedding. When everything was done and the dress finally was on you took a look at yourself in the mirror. Even though it was not the way you imagined yourself to look on your weddingday, you had to admit... you felt somewhat beautiful.«Miss, we need to go to the aisle.» The talest women looked at you, gestured you to follow them.
The walk to the throneroom where Snoke were going to give you his blessings were long. The hallways started to look smaller, darker and more simular than ever before, you felt lightheaded, nervous and almost on the edge to throw up. The women who helped you get ready walked in front of you as none of you said a word. Somehow you could feel the pityness from the women, and it made you feel worse. Ever since you were around 18 years old, you had dreamed of marrying Ben Solo, and now you are going to marry she shell of a man he once was, another man who is hiding in his body, Kylo Ren.
When you stopped and looked up on the door to the throneroom you felt yourself shiver. Behind those doors where the future, a future you didn't ask for nor want. A small sigh came throught your red painted lips before the doors opened. You could feel their eyes on you, booring into your soul from the distance. You looked up and saw Kylo standing in the end of the aisle, and he looked almost nervous?
Slowly you walked up to him, step by step, breath in, breath out. Trying to stay calm, even though you wanted to run the other way. You stopped when you came up beside him. The whole sermony went on and it was already like a blur in your memory. The only thing you remember from the whole sermony was the part when you had to say"I do" and kiss the familiar yet so unfamilliar lips of your new husband. Everyone clapped, well the highest ranked people in the first order. They were the only people allowed inside Snoke's throneroom at this moment in time.
"are you ok?" Kylo's voice came like a whisper as you both walked hand in hand to greet the guests. "I'm ok" You looked up into his eyes, and saw what almost looked like concern and worry. As you both came to the door where the celebration were held you both stopped for a secound and looked at eachother. From the moment you walked inside those doors you would be officialy married and named Lady Ren, and the whole universe would know you failed the battle to keep the light in the galaxy. You gave his arm a little sqeeze to let him know you were ready for this, even if you weren't.
The whole night went smoothly, both the dinner and the dance were perfect, or as perfect as it could be. The guests seemed happy enough and you couldn't wait to get back to the chambers to relax and put the fake smile you had to wear all day away. The only problem you had to face now was sharing chamber with him, and being close to Kylo at all times, that seemed to be the hardest part.«Do you need help with the dress?» Kylo's voice brought you out of your thoughts as your attention went over to him. «Yes please» You pulled your hair onto the side and turned your back to him.
With shaky hands Kylo slowly zipped down the dress, still unshure if he did the right thing. He had noticed how gone you'd been the whole day, how well you hid it from everyone else. You couldn't hide it from him, he knew you to well.. Or he liked to think he still did. «thank you». Your voice were low, almost like a whisper. You walked into the bathroom and changed into your pj's and removed the makeup before walking back outside to meet him. «I know this was not what you wanted» You looked over at him with a raised brow, suprised by his words and what he said. «I think we both agree we didn't want this... or not like this at least» Kylo narrowed his brows unshure if he had heard you correctly. «We have to follow orders, Supreme leader knows whats best» His voice became stricter and darker before he walked off to the bedroom, leaving you alone.
