After that Friday, when Ari and I had our little "date" I thought that was a good start to repairing the relationship we once had. Today was a different day, instead of me closing myself off from the world, I decided to go out shopping for some new clothes and what not. As I was exiting one of the stores a group of girls approached me, "Justin!" Two girls yelled, making heads turn. Out the corner of my eye I see a couple paps snapping away. I greeted the girls with hugs and took a couple Pictures with them. Then one of them asks me,"Are you and Ariana back together?" And before I answered that question the other girl squeezed in, "Or is she dating Nathan?"
I shrugged, "I honestly don't know about her and Nathan, but I do know that we are not dating." I give a soft smile. "Aw man."
"There is music coming soon though, right?" The girls asked with smiles on their faces. I slowly nodded, "Sooner than you think." I winked. We said our goodbyes and went on with our day.

After my adventures out on the retail front, I ended up going to the studio. Scooter was meeting me there to come discuss what I wanted to do.
"What did you want to talk about?" He asked. "I want to drop my single."
"Okay when do you want to do it?"
"Tonight. In a couple hours."
Scooter sat with a smile on his face, "Are you serious? I need to call everyone so we can make this happen." I quickly nodded my head, "I am completely serious. I have a cover for it in mind too."
"Okay let me make a couple calls and try to get this going." He walked into another room that was off the side of the booth. I logged in and yelled up the song that I wanted, it was going to be "The Feeling."
Moments later Scooter came back in, "They are getting it step up now and they wanted me to let you know to never pull a late surprise drop again."
"Noted." I grinned. "People are going to be happy though." Scooter added. "I hope so."

After I showed him a couple more songs that were finished he left and went home to do more business. Then my phone starts to ring, then Ariana's face pops up on my screen.
"Hello?"
"Hey Justin."
"Hey."
"Can I come over in a couple hours?"
"Uh..."
"If you're busy it's fine I can come a different day."
"No. No. You can come over, you just caught me by surprise."
"What time should I be there?"
"I'm leaving the studio now so maybe in two hours. Is that okay?"
"That's fine I'll see you later Justin."
"Bye."

I quickly locked up the booth and cleaned up what I brought in. I drove straight home and prepped myself for whatever she was coming over for. I should've asked her why she wanted to come over, but I'll find out soon.

Ariana::Grande

After I got off the phone with Justin, my heart began to beat rapidly. I paced around my house until it was time for me to leave to his place.
Once I got on the road, my nerves were all over the place and I couldn't control them. It wasn't like I was going to ask him to marry me. I just want to talk to him, like a normal person.
I pulled up in front of his house and sat in the driveway for a minute to regain my composure. I hopped out the car and walked up to the door.
It only took a couple seconds for the door to open revealing Justin.
"Hey."
"Hey."
"Come in. Do you want anything?" He asks, I shook my head. "Not right now, thanks though." Justin walked over to the couch and sat down while watching me make my way to opposite side.

The room was silent.
I didn't know how to start off what I wanted to talk about. I messed with my hands until I formed the perfect sentence in my mind, but Justin beat me to it.
"So what did you want to come over for?"
"Oh yeah. Uh, I wanted to clear things up with you." I smiled. "I've been thinking about our work date from Friday and I honestly just miss us hanging out like that."
"Me too."
"Basically I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that I was being so stubborn in letting you explain your side. I feel really bad for doing that."
Justin shook his head, "Don't be. I probably deserved it." He chuckled. "It was still wrong of me to not let you ever explain properly."
"Thank you." He paused. "Now, I'm sorry for putting you through what I've put you through. I should've been more considerate."
"Just-"
I cut her off, "I'm being stubborn this time. All of this is my fault, I should've stayed away from Selena's party and I'm sorry. I know how she can be and yet I still went to her house, I'm sorry."
"I forgive you." I say. "So where does this put us now?" Justin asked. "Friends. Friends without tension." I smiled. "I can live with that."

We talked for a couple more hours and how he is basically done with his album and then I told him about my album. We caught back up with everything in our life's and talked about the fake news that was circling between our love life. After a couple hours went by I ended up going back home feeling the beat I've ever felt. It was like gained someone important back into my life.
I was on social media for a while to pass the time until I was tired. Then I come across a few new posts from Justin and it was about his new song that just dropped.
"He didn't tell me about this." I told myself and quickly opened Apple Music to listen to it. After listening carefully to the song, I couldn't help, but think it was about me. I sat there with a smile on my face, I didn't know how to react properly. So I texted him.

Me:
I liked your new song. It's my new favorite <3

Justin:
I'm glad you like it. Now it's your turn to drop something.

Me:
Coming soon! ;)

Justin:
Can't wait!

I finally updated this. I'm super sorry it took me so long. Between me working and going to school it gets a bit crazy.
