Have I been lazy, or what?! I'm so sorry to those who've been waiting for this part to come out, though there probably aren't many. XD I'm going to try to write more often. It helps when you guys write encouraging comments, and/or vote. I think I like them both! I think that it's really motivating when I read your comments. I might put some romance into this, but what's your opinion? I hope I don't ruin it with the romance part... I wanted this one to be more... action...

Chapter 7: Rose Academy

Ashlee was immediately transferred to the Rose Academy. Cecelia was annoyed but she was grateful to Ashlee. Her new friendship was proven almost the same day. She pulled-dragged--Ashlee to her closet and set her on a stool. Ashlee watched as Cecelia set to flicking through different clothes.

Normally, Ashlee wouldn't stand for clothes, especially Cecelia's type, but if this would keep her calm about the transfer, she had no complaints. Cecelia muttered indistinctly as she looked through almost every piece of her clothing. Ashlee sighed as she rested her chin on her hand; this could take a while.

"Got it!" she exclaimed. Ashlee's eyes flickered up in a bored expression that instantly became aware as she saw what Cecelia had found for her. It was the type that Cecelia wore, the girly type of clothes that Ashlee swore that she'd never wear in public. She shook her head once before wondering what skirts would actually feel like if she wore them in public.

Cecelia held up an outfit to her. The skirt was made of brown fabric that had a floral design and a braided belt in a lighter color on it. The top was a sky blue scoop neck tank. Over it was a striped blue and brown button up sweater that matched the tank top and skirt. There were a pair of flats in her other hand.

Ashlee murmured her gratitude to her as she took them from her. The cotton was soft and almost silky. The shoes had a glow around them that gave off the impression that they were new.

"Take them, I don't need them," Cecelia told the stunned Ashlee. She had never even held a piece of clothing that seemed to be as expensive as the ones that she held now. Ashlee walked out of the vast closet and hurried to her room avoiding Damiel's eyes as he looked sleepily after her. He wondered why she had been in such a hurry.

A while later, Ashlee, Cecelia, Riley, and Damiel sat in the back of the car. Ashlee smiled a little when she had caught Damiel's eye when she had walked down the stairs. Damiel had gaped as Cecelia had smiled approvingly at her. Riley had shouted his approval as well.

Even now, she saw Damiel sneaking glances at her. She knew why Cecelia dressed like this now. Even though she wore clothes that just fit the dress code at her school. Ashlee knew that they were more laid back about their clothes than Salderwood High was.

Ashlee still felt a little self-conscious in her clothes when they finally arrived at Rose Academy. But Ashlee knew that she had to make everyone think that she wore this stuff every day. She got out after Cecelia did and followed her. Damiel and Mick had made all the necessary arrangements to have her in every class with Cecelia.

"Cecelia!" a male voice called eagerly. "You're alive!" She turned to see Jake Dally running towards them. She didn't want him near her but Ashlee thought that it'd be too much of a giveaway if she stood in front of Cecelia or something.

Cecelia sniffed and turned away from him. "Don't sound too upset," she muttered under her breath. She looked around hurriedly and spotted another boy. She raced to him and started talked quickly to him. He nodded and followed her here. "This is Mark," she told Jake coldly. She put her arm around his.
