The trail led Fancy Pants to the table's underneath. He arrived into a dark cave-like zone, full of spider webs and ink, it was something awkward. It was similar to the Ink Volcano. In the way he found a lot of ink-graphite spiders -This place must be the origin of the plague- He though. Something he always knew was that ink and graphite aren't a good mix, especially when something evil is involved in it -This doesn't smell well...- He though. He decided to use the pen to whack the herd out of his way, since neither the pencil's eraser nor the correcting fluid would be useful in any way.

But suddenly a couple of minutes later, Fancy started to feel dizzy. He recognized what was happening: The venom was spreading on every part of his body. Afraid of what would happen, he started to run faster. But his body was getting weaker with every step he gave. He wouldn't surrender though -No...I must k-keep running...I won't g-give up...I'll do it...For the Squiggleville people...For my friends...For Cutie...For everyone...- He said, as he continued running.

The more he ran, the worse he felt. Fancy stopped, he could visualize something from a far distance. It was a castle, a wide one actually -Hm...How weird, since when this place had another kingdom? I must investigate about this- He thought, and continued his path. Somehow, he stumbled across some humanoid-like spider creatures; they seemed to be royal guards. It took a lot more time for Fancy to defeat them; his body was against his will. But at least he could make it through.

A few minutes later, he arrived to the castle.

It was huge looking from a closer view, similar to these ones you see in fairy tales

It was huge looking from a closer view, similar to these ones you see in fairy tales. Fancy was exhausted; it felt like some kind of parasite was slowly consuming all of his energy. He decided to not waste any more time and entered. The inside was like every other castle's; it was decorated with some curtains made out of spider webs, high columns with an ink torch in each and every one of them, but they weren't affected by the cold wind that was around the place. It was elegant and terrifying at the same time. Fancy didn't have enough energy to run, so he kept walking. A rough gust of wind hit him, and he started to shiver. –Jeez, either I die from the venom or I die from the cold- He whispered.

Later, he stumbled across with a pair of dark red curtains, where a little shining was coming from behind them. Fancy was curious about what was the origin of the light, and looked behind the curtains. What he saw left him completely speechless.

It was a giant spider, but it had a human anatomy, and she had a crown on the top of her head; it was the Spider Queen, ruler of the Arachnid Kingdom and the mother of all spiders

It was a giant spider, but it had a human anatomy, and she had a crown on the top of her head; it was the Spider Queen, ruler of the Arachnid Kingdom and the mother of all spiders. Fancy was petrified; he had never seen a spider of that kind nor that size. But on the middle of his distraction, a spider walked nearby, and attacked him, throwing him inside the hall.

Looking at the little intruder that was in front of her, the Queen spoke to Fancy –Such a surprise to have you here, Fancy man! It's quite impressing to see you've resisted the venom's effect for so long- She said –You did this to me?- Fancy asked –Who else, dear? Of course I did. You looked perfect to be a part of my army against the weaklings of Squiggleville- She replied –Besides, I want to show you something, or should I say "someone"...- From a side of the throne she was sitting on, a group of spiders appeared. He recognized them; these were the ones that attacked him in the beginning. They smiled at Fancy in a devilish way, as he frowned in disgust.

-So, what do you say? Will you accept to join my side, darling? - The Queen asked to Fancy –OF COURSE NOT! - Fancy yelled, and quickly took a breath; he was being weakened even more –Are you sure about your answer, sweetheart? - The Queen asked again –You might want to think about your decision a little, won't you? – Fancy was starting to get pissed of by the spider gal's insistence –I said no...Get over it...- He replied again. The Spider Queen was disappointed –My, how sad it is to hear. Oh well, if you want to be freed, you must defeat my entire kingdom! - She said, and then a bunch of spiders started to appear from everywhere. They were hundreds, thousands, millions. This wouldn't be easy in any way.

Fancy decided to use the pen and the correcting fluid. Even if it wasn't very effective, it was worth the try. Hitting and shooting, but the crowd didn't decrease. Some even had the chance to bite him, but without poisoning him. The battle lasted almost a half hour, till Fancy wasn't able to move anymore. The Queen ordered her people to stop. The poor boy started to cry in silence, he wouldn't be able to protect his hometown, or his little sister. When he remembered about Cutie, he cried even more; he wouldn't be able to see her ever again.

-Oh, pity you! - The Queen exclaimed, looking at Fancy's situation –You couldn't make it through, you should've chosen to go the easy way, but you didn't listen

Fancy felt a pain on his chest, and coughed a little, covering his mouth with his hand. He looked what it was; and he noticed it was ink. His graphite blood was being combined with the ink venom. He started to remember his life, his adventures, the good moments he had with Cutie and Kabootle, the enemies he faced in the past. He felt how those memories were being erased one by one. And then, he fainted unconscious in the hall's floor.
