I traded off days to stay at the hospital with my husband, Mark. It was not easy for our whole family. Especially Chloe. I had to make 2 meals each night, 1 for that night, and 1 for the next night when Mark was with the boys so he didn't have to cook. Today was my day, the worst day. Dr.Saige came in and pulled me into the hall. Never in a million years have I seen a doctor so sad. "Mrs.Loveless, I have some very heartbreaking news. Chloe has been Diagnosed with Leukemia.Im very sorry." She told me while hugging me. A huge tear rolled down my cheek. I ran into the room and hugged Chloe. "MOM! What's wrong?!" She said. "Oh Chloe baby, never give up. Keep fighting. We love you sweet girl." She stood up and i looked at my Hospital nightgown. It was soaked with tears.
The next morning, I got the news. I had Leukemia and had a huge battle to fight. It was hard for me to take it. I was full of emotions. I was mad, sad, upset, and destroyed. I wanted to live,I love life way to much. And that was just the beginning of all of it.
