Chapter 7

From that day forward, Taya has been awkward to me for the past few weeks. Look, I'm not looking for love but why do I feel like my world is gray without someone beside me? I'm sick of these! Ever since we went to karaoke, I never saw him nor bump into him again. He's still strange to me. I was thinking, Taya is involved in this, she was never awkward to me, we've known each other since we were in elementary but now, she's different. Could it be? No, I must clear my thoughts, I will go home once I end my contract here in this cafe. Besides, I only have one month left.

"Okay crew, I called you all for an emergency, you all can go home at 3pm" our manager announced

Everyone was happy. They planned hiking in the mountain and rant all what we want to. Why not? After all, it's Sunday tomorrow and I also need to clear this anger of mine. I went home to pack my things and left Taya a note, 'I'll be gone for a day :) ' On my way to our meeting place, I was hoping to him him even accidentally on this train. I saw a camera but, there are millions of people who has cameras. I was looking around, hoping for a specific face, that I might bump into him again. I hit my head to a guy in front of me, thought it was him but I was wrong,

"Watch where you're going!" he shouted

I got annoyed so I fought back, "Can't you see how crowded this train is?Stupid" I said that and ran away to avoid him, disappeared before he sort his anger on his fist to my face.

"Hey there's Luka!" Chloe waved, Chloe is Raven's boyfriend that happened to be my elementary classmate and now my friend

"Luka, faster!" Raven said

"What took you so long?" Warren asked me

"I.m very sorry, I had to take the second train due to crowded people" I replied

"Well, now that you're here, shall we?" Raven said

We used Raven's car on the way to our destination. The boys are excited and anticipated this moment since, we will not renew our contract in the cafe and will finally apply for our dream jobs. Raven's visa was approved and he will finally go to Canada, Warren will work in an Advertising company in the Marketing Department and as for me, I will buy a camera, start vlogging and go to different countries. That's why I have to save money. I closed my eyes. My mind was blank until I saw the glimpse of his face. That bus stop guy, seriously, he makes me miss him! Why would I even miss him? Is it because he was there when I had no one? He helped me a lot? Even though he's rude he has a gentle side? Augh! Why am I saying these disgusting words? It's not like I can fall for a stranger, can't I? Damn, if I ever see that guy again, I'll tear him apart for making me feel these cringy thoughts! I opened my eyes and asked Chloe,

"Hey Chloe"

"Yeah?" her eyes was closed

"Have you ever experienced falling in love to a stranger?"

"Hmmm, I have?"

"Really?"

"We've never met each other, I only knew him from texts"

"What happened?"

"You know, I was young that time, wanted to kill time, I enter random numbers and I suddenly received a message, at first, my intention is to only flirt with him, I fell for him but it's scary to meet in person 'cause he might be a serial killer or something"

"What if you met him in person first before you two became textmate?"

"Things will work out, I guess?"

"And he doesn't want you to know his name"

"That's ridiculous! but at some point, maybe he's too embarrassed or he's been hiding something and scared that you might despise them if you know"
