Clint's POV

Pietro and Wanda are here, which means soon Banner's going to question Pietro and me. Sounds like fun. Pietro and I had stayed in my room talking about nothing at all. It was probably the most fun I've had in a while.

"Clint! The team is ready to meet the twins, do you want me to go get Wanda?" Nat asked, rushing over when she spotted me in the hallway.

I looked at my watch and nodded, they've had enough time to unpack and rest. "Yeah, I'll go get Pietro," I said, walking to his room. I knocked on his door, waiting for a response. The door opened, revealing Pietro.

"Hi Clint, are we going to meet them now?" Pietro asked, a semi-nervous tone lacing his voice. I smiled and nodded, ruffling his hair.

"Yes, we are, but don't be worried," I reassured him, trying to give him a good smile.

We met up with Wanda and Nat in the hallway, quickly making sure Pietro and Wanda knew who Nat was. "Alright, it's going to be intense, but that's because they're all idiots," Nat said, winking at Wanda. She giggled, making Pietro smile. He really loves his sister and her happiness.

We walked through the doors of the room, showing Pietro and Wanda off to the team.

Bruce walked forward first, shaking their hands. "I'm Bruce Banner, nice to meet you," He said, nodding at them both. They nodded and smiled, knowing they didn't need to introduce themselves. Of course the team knows about them now.

Everyone introduced themselves, being extremely kind. "So, go ahead and get your questions over with," I said, laughing at Bruce and Tony's expressions. It was obvious they were itching with questions.

Bruce cleared his throat and nodded, stepping forward one step. "I know Pietro can run very fast, which is extraordinary, but what about you, Wanda?" He asked, giving her a look of encouragement.

I could tell Wanda wasn't expecting a question, so she was caught without an answer. "Oh, ah, I can move things with my powers, and do things with my mind," She explained, twisting her hands around in each other. Pietro gave her a reassuring pat on the shoulder, causing her to relax.

Bruce nodded, an interested look on his face. I knew he wanted to ask more questions, but he somehow held back. Pietro looked uncomfortable, yet Wanda was glowing. She clearly liked people focusing on her, maybe she didn't get enough of that.

I waved Pietro over to me, smiling as he visibly brightened when he saw me. "How do you feel about everyone?" I asked once he got to me. The white haired boy shrugged, giving me a bored look. I faked a gasp and smiled, nudging his arm. "you're bored? How dare you!" I exclaimed, laughing as his eyes widened.

"I didn't mean to offend you, I was joking!" He claimed, raising his voice in a frantic way. I smiled and nodded, grabbing his hand. Pietro tensed up, which is unusual. I've grabbed his hand at least five times today, not to mention all the times I've done it in the dreams.

He had looked away while I was distracted by my thoughts, pulling his hand away. "Piet, are you alright?" I asked, pulling him to a less crowded corner. He bit his lip and nodded, looking at Wanda. I could tell she had said something rude, judging by the glare he sent her.

When he noticed my confusion, he cleared his throat. "Wanda said something, ignore it," He said nervously, waving me off.

I sighed, knowing I wouldn't get anywhere. "Do you think our dreams will continue now that we're together?" I asked, trying to get him to talk. For some reason, he seemed very uncomfortable, and he's never uncomfortable around me.

"I don't know, they might, but we won't know until tonight," Pietro pointed out, taking in a deep breath.

I shook my head and sighed. "Did I do something? You won't look at me," I stated, trying to catch his eyes.

Pietro's head shot up, startling me. "That's what you're worried about? What if they don't let us stay?" He asked. I could tell he was worried about this, more than he should be. "I don't want to get used to being around you just for it to be taken away," He whispered, staring straight into my eyes.

I gulped and took in a deep breath, trying not to let him affect me. "Don't worry, they won't kick you out, and if they do I'll go with you," I said. He shook his head frantically and grabbed my hand. I smiled, knowing he'd get worried that I would drop everything for him. I would though, it wasn't a lie.

"We can go somewhere else and talk if you want, I'm sure Nat and Wanda have done the same," I said, looking around, not seeing the two girls. Pietro giggled, actually fucking giggled, and nodded.

I laced my pinkie finger with his and pulled him out of the room. Pietro used his hand to stop us from moving. He looked through a few doors and finally found one he was looking for. We went through, finding the door that led us to the roof. I smiled and ran out onto the high space.

I looked over and noticed that Pietro was sitting on the edge of the building, his legs dangling off. "Be careful, please," I said, slowly walking over to him. I finally sat beside him, gripping onto the ledge.

Pietro looked over and laughed, looking at my hands. My knuckles had turned white from how hard I was holding on, I suppose I should let up. "Are you scared of heights?" He asked, suddenly getting worried. I breathed out and smiled weakly. Terrified.

I nodded and stared at my hands, trying not to look down. "Clint, we don't have to sit right here," Pietro said, trying to catch my attention.

I struggled to take a deep breath, trying to stay calm. "Clint, it's okay, stand up," Pietro said, putting his hand over mine. I'm shaking, this isn't good. Now isn't the time to have an anxiety attack.

Suddenly, a hand was under my chin, guiding me to look at Pietro. I was staring into his ocean blue eyes, trying to slow my breathing down. His hand tapped mine four times, making me smile. Never once did we look away.

Next thing I knew, we were leaning in. He was so close, I can hear him breathing. My eyes flickered from his to his lips. "Clint," Pietro breathed out, clearly staring at my mouth. I took that time to close the gap, my mouth on his. Immediately Pietro was lacing his fingers into my hair, trying to pull me closer. I smiled into the kiss, wrapping my arms around his waist. His lips were as soft as they looked, and it was as if he had been training for this moment his whole life.

I pulled away first, resting my forehead against his, catching my breath. Pietro stared at me. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that," I said, mentally slapping myself.

We stood up, but before I could leave, Pietro grabbed my arm. "Don't be sorry, I've wanted that to happen for a while," He reassured me. He shot me a smile and sped back into the building.
