Rachel's P.O.V

When we got off the airplane and collected our luggage, Stormie and Mark said they were going to get the limo. Amethyst pulled on a prank on the poor, unsuspecting Ratliff. He even ran all the way back to the plane to find his trousers. I gave Amethyst a look that made her laugh.

"Shh. Guys." Amethyst lead us behind a wall,

"I won't be surprised if he got back to you soon." I said, pushing my glasses slightly higher.

"Yea yea smart alec." Amethyst pouted.

"You did this to Raven for so long."

"You'd always did it to my brother..." She pointed a finger at me. She learned this trick from me. I was the ultimate prankster in our little family.

"And he never knew who or how." I shook my head. Amethyst simply grinned at me, Haley still being a lovebird with Riker and Raven gave me a look of confusion.

"You taught her that trick?"

"She learned from me." I corrected Raven.

"Okay you guys will get Ratliff's wrath. I'll be helping Stormie and Mark with the luggage." I said, bidding them from their hiding spot behind a wall.

"And... maybe I'd get a drink." I turn back again, flashing a sinister, smile.

"Ciao!" I said as I put my green headphones on and start walking away, finding the nearest vending machine.

It's been so long since I jammed to The Click Five. I heard their song, Mary Jane, playing on my phone.

Today, I was wearing a Marvel designed shirt and pair of long black pants. Something was telling me that I would regret what I was wearing now.

Soon, I found the vending machine against the wall. There was quite a queue in front of, I didn't mind. I could bet that I wasn't the only one going to be late.

"Tell me how... Help me say the words out loud..."

"Damn it! I've been here for five minutes..." I heard a guy, shouted out loud, breaking me from my trance in the Click Five song. The guy in front of me was very tall and was smartly dressed.

I just realized it had already been five whole minutes and the queue didn't move at all. I removed my headphones and let it rest on my neck.

I looked to the front, a guy with a straw fedora hat, brown khaki shorts and a blue, button up, short sleeved shirt.

"Sorry..." He said.

"Hurry the hell up! It's not just you that wants a drink you know?" The smartly dressed guy shouted again.

"Leave him alone. He didn't ask for the machine to malfunction on him, now did he?" I said politely.

I walked to the front of the line and smiled at the guy in front of me.

"What seems to be the problem?"

The guy turned to face me. He had a pair of hazel eyes and had his brown hair coiffed up. He seemed only a few inches taller than me.

"I paid the money, the machine doesn't want to spew out my drink."

"That can be settled." I grinned, remembering how I met Rocky. That incident didn't really had me happy, especially since i was Pepsi-poured on.

"Stand back." I said as I readied myself in a kicking position.

"How would kicking the machine help? Girls aren't even that strong!" I heard the same idiot shout again.

I kicked the machine and the rattling sound of the can tumbling down the machine could be heard.

I smirked at the idiot. His face was contorted with shock and fear.

"You were saying something?" I said in my sickly, taunting voice.

"N-n-nothing..." He managed to cough out, looking extremely awkward. I turn back to the guy I just helped.

"Thanks, Miss..."

"Rachel. Rachel Koh."

I still had trouble saying my surname. Every time the words roll off my tongue, it brings back the nightmares that daunt me every night...

"I'm Garrett Clayton. A pleasure to meet you."
