'You only love Hiccup cause he saved Berk and has a nightfury' Those words haunted the back of Astrid's mind for weeks. She knew it wasn't true but still. The words were like a knife stabbing at her. Astrid and Hiccup knew the truth but the words linger in her head.

It was a peaceful morning on Dragons Edge. Everyone was doing there normal day to day jobs all but one. Astrid Hofferson. Not even Stormfly could get her to go on a morning flight. One Viking noticed the girl's strange behaviour. Hiccup Haddock her boyfriend. He even tried to get her out but it was no use. But Hiccup wouldn't give up.

Hiccup POV
Why is Astrid acting so strange and out of character. Soon a terrible terror came flying to my shoulder. I took the piece of paper and read it. " Hey Hiccup what are you reading" Fishlegs said entering the clubhouse. " It's a distress call... from Berk, Ok riders saddle up we're going to Berk" I said running to Astrid's hut. " Astrid we need to saddle up..." I stopqhen I heard crying. I opened her door to find Astrid looking grey. " Hey Babe you okay" I said. sitting next to her. " Ya just a bad dream" she said we ng her tears and running to Stormfly taking off. Strange Astrid never cries ever.

As we got near Berk ot was fine notting really put of place. "Hey Hiccup are you sure this was a distress cause everything is looking peachy " Snotlout said. " Yes Snotlout " I answered. As we landed Astrid went straight to her house. " Uh guys why don't you find out what's up and I'll follow I just have to do something" I said following Astrid. " Ok Hiccup" Heather shouted.

As I got to Astrid's house I knocked on the door. Her father greeted me with a smile " Hello Hiccup what can I do for ya" her father asked me. " Is Astrid there Mr.Hofferson "I asked. " Boy call me Isacc,  and now she came here but soon said she was going out but she didn't bring her axe" Isacc said. " She at the cove" Her mother Lia chimed in. I yelled a thank you and flew to the cove.

When I got to the cove I saw Astrid and she was crying so much. I walked behind her. " What's wrong M'lady" I asked her. " It's what Snotlout said a few weeks ago" She said looking at the ground

"Astrid I love you I always will, don't worry about what Snotlout says he's a mutton head" I said kissing her passionately. " I love you " Astrid said. " I love you too" I said to her. Astrid smiled and her color returned.
