Chapter 7

"Mom why are you home early?" I asked as I walked in.

"Darling this lady is Evelin she is just so nice she says she can make your dreams come true she can help with things." My mother said.

"Mom no! She's evil don't eat anything!" I said.

"Nonsense Lana." She said.

"Mom please don't eat anything she gives you don't listen to her." I said.

"Lana darling what's gotten into you?" My mom asked.

"Lana dear what is wrong? I would never hurt you." Evelin said with a smirk on her face.

"Liar!" I said.

I rushed over to where Evelin was to have a stare down.

"You hurt my mom and you will be begging for forgiveness." I said.

I walked to my room I didn't want to be in the same room with Evelin. I grabbed my expo marker once again and wrote down Pocahontas.

"Hey so I heard Tess told you but the character was Pocahontas." Keighlin said.

"Yeah I found out but thanks." I said.

"No problem." No texted back.

"Keighlin would you do me a favor?" I asked.

"Yeah what?" She answered back.

"Would you come over and just I guess sit here?" I asked a tad embarrassed.

"Of course, on my way." Keighling texted and soon she was there.

"Keighlin what if... What if there was I don't know a.. another world no world another time period? I don't know how to phrase this or how you could describe this." I said.

"If there was, it would be pretty awesome because that means there's other life forms." She said.

I looked to her but she looked down at her phone. Somewhat I was grateful she didn't get the hint but on the other hand I wanted to see her eyes know the truthfulness in them.

"Oh yeah I guess, thanks." I said back smiling.

"Lana are you okay?" She asked.

I couldn't tell her what I found out about Michael I had to let them find out themselves or at least thats what Michael says so I just waved her off.

"Yeah." I said.

The next morning I woke up and looked for Keighlin.

She was sleeping right next to me.

"Hey Keighlin we have to get up we need to go to school." I said.

"Oh yeah okay." She said.

She went to her car and drove off to her house.

I got dressed and did my make up. When I was done I decided to go straight to school skipping breakfast.

"Bye mother." I said.

"Bye Lana love you." She called back.

I got to school to find all my friends were at the front door.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"We wanted to see if you were alright from last night we didn't mean to yell its just we were scared for you worried I guess. It's just these things have been going on a lot lately what's gotten into you?" Loorea asked.

"Guys I'm fine it's fine I just saw someone at my house and I chased them to the school no big deal." I said.

When I came to the realization that it was at the school last night I ran to the cafeteria.
