(Y/n)'s POV

Okay. Third year of high school. Come on, (Y/n). You got this.

I walk into the school building and take a deep breath. The first day of school always made me anxious. I had to find my homeroom and get ready for the club fair.

"Hey, (Y/n)!" I look over to see that Garroth was calling me.

I smile. "Hey, Garroth! Long time no see!"

"Yeah, baseball camp basically took over my summer!" He says. "But I had fun. How was your summer?"

I shrug. "It was okay. I hung out with the group a few times but it was mostly lonely until Laurance came back. Speaking of Laurance, have you seen him?"

Garroth shakes his head. "No, I haven't. Maybe he's helping with the club fair."

"He probably is. Anyways, I want to go find my homeroom early so I can get a good seat. I'll see you around, though."

Garroth nods and waves goodbye as I head towards classroom 304.

I walk inside and decide to sit where I could observe best. The back corner. I take my seat and fix my skirt.

These uniforms are incredibly annoying. I wish girls were able to have pants as uniforms instead.

I take out my phone and text from Laurance.

L- Hey babe. I'm helping with the club fair so I'll see you later.

Y- Yeah Garroth told me you were probably helping out. I'll see u there.

I notice people walking in and look up to see two familiar faces. "Katelyn! KC! Hey, guys!"

Katelyn grins and heads over to me. Kawaii~Chan decides to follow. "Hey, (Y/n)! I'm glad to know that we have the same homeroom!"

"Me too!" I smile, and then look over at Kawaii~Chan. "Hey, KC. You're a sophomore. What are you doing here? Did they mess up your schedule?"

"Oh! Kawaii~Chan hopes not! Kawaii~Chan was given this homeroom! She doesn't know why!" She says.

The bell rings and I see Aphmau run throught the classroom doors.

Aphmau looks around, scanning the class.

"Aphmau!" Katelyn calls.

Aphmau sees Katelyn and runs to hug her.

They greet each other and Aphmau looks over at me and Kawaii~Chan. "Hey guys! It's good to see you! We should take a selfie!"

Aphmau searches through her pockets and then starts to freak out. "Oh no! My phone! I don't have it!"

Katelyn and KC begin to give Aphmau suggestions of where she could've left her phone.

The loudspeaker suddenly turns on. A male voice tells us that we're supposed to head to the assembly and then to the club fair as soon as the bell rings.

"I'll just go check the principal's office before the assembly!" Aphmau says.

"Wouldn't you get in trouble?" I ask.

"Not if I make it on time!"

Aphmau was about to leave, but Kawaii~Chan stopped her. "We still have to take that selfie!"

"Ugh, get it over with Kawaii~Chan!" Aphmau commands.

Kawaii~Chan pulls me in with them and we all pose for the picture. As soon as KC takes it, Aphmau leaves.
