Panicked, I tried to shake Halley awake. I didn't work. I tried to heat her tail. IT DIDNT WORK! I was even more panicked now. I stumbled back.
I tried to heat the water in the pool. IT DIDN'T WORK! I tried to freeze it. nope. ai tried to make it rise. That worked! I must have spread out the powers when the girls became mermaids!
No longer amused with the change, I went back to Halley. She was still breathing. I blew into her face. Then I opened her mouth and blew in there, not actually touching her mouth.
Halley screamed and her eyes flew open. She looked around. Then at her tail. "I'm a mermaid!" She said happily. For the first time I noticed Lucy and her lime green tail. She smiled and nodded peacefully.
