Anything could have been better than having a day off.
That's something you wouldn't hear coming out of a freshman's mouth on a Monday morning.
For me, it was the worst day, as it was the start of my new life wearing the most atrocious clothes ever.
Today was my first day and kind of interview at B&R, and there wasn't a single object in my closet that screamed, try me I'll make sure to land you that job position!
Instead, it was the opposite, try me and I'll make sure to land you in front of a pole working as a stripper!
I know that Nora hid all my comfortable baggy clothes somewhere, and I was determined to find out exactly where. My idea of going to an interview with a skirt and a tank top wasn't ideal. Especially if the pregnant lady was going to be there.
I sighed and glared at the outfit on my bed.
"What if I wear a sweater on top?" I muttered.
I stood there and decided that was the best option.
If you're ever in need of help with what to wear, my advice is always to throw a sweater on.
The problem was, the seaters I owned would make it seem as if I weren't wearing anything underneath.
I sighed and regretted not asking Riley for help before she left for her classes.
The group stayed the remaining of the weekend and left me alone today because unlike me, they did have classes to go to, while I was stuck by myself with a thirty-two thousand tuition going to waste.
Gritting my teeth, I snatched my towel and stomped off to take a shower.
Guess I'll be cosplaying as a stripper today for my interview.

"All you have to do if they bring any items to sell is make them sign this sheet right here." Claire, one of the workers here, pointed at the board.
I was glad that Claire was "interviewing" me and showing me around, as my appearance said otherwise from my resume as being responsible, reliable and respectful.
Claire had been working here since I was in tenth grade, and I was amazed that she still remembered me, of course, she let a few remarks of my obsession with the glass figurines slide but that didn't mean anything.
"Restock and all that will be labelled at the back door where we just came from. Uh, I think that's about it."
I raised my eyebrows, I thought getting in this job would be harder.
"It is because some employees have broken a bunch of stuff that is worth more than their tuition in college." She rolled her eyes and I bit my lip realizing I had said that out loud.
"The first rule here is never ever touch anything that you feel you'll break easily. I've had to repeat this like five hundred times to different employees and they still manage to trip over a chest or something."
"Okay."
"So, I have to run in ten minutes you can start your first shift today. Get a little taste of the place."
I bit my lip, and Claire glanced at me curiously.
"Sure."
She smiled and headed towards the back door, leaving me alone with a creepy looking mannequin.

"Look, Milo, this couch is absolutely gorgeous!"
Milo glanced at what his wife called gorgeously and nodded, going back to the chess game I was having with him.
