MJ: I know there's a bunch more to what you seem to be. You're so much more than a General, I can feel it! Why won't you tell me? What're you hiding?!
"I'm not hiding anything, nor do I know what you are talking about." The General sighed. "Shadow, you don't understand. I am nothing more than a mere leader. I rule over this universe, I am responsible for the circulation of the planets, the creation of stars and everything else that you know and care about. Nothing more, nothing less. Please, let us drop this conversation." The General stood firmly and clenched his fist.
MJ: ...I'm not giving up until you tell me..
"...what is it that you truly want to know?"
MJ: The truth. Who are you? Who were you before you became like this?!
"...If that's what you want. Who I am before I became like this? I was human, just like yourself. But the difference between us is this; the spirit of the General visited me in my dreams, not in my birth. It chose me, and it let me choose, even though it wanted me to save countless lives from the evil being named Lord Artemis. Naturally, I chose to save lives. But it came with a price." The General spoke lowly as he eyed MJ. "I'd have to give up my life as a human. Along with my mission came the task of guiding the Elementals when they rise from their sleep. And here I am."
MJ: So...you used to be human...
The General sighed as he lifted up his hat, much to MJ's surprise, and met her gaze. "Indeed, I was." He then smiled at her, and MJ's eyes widened. She was right all along.
