     Cherryle's POV:

My heart beat slows down and we watch the president as he starts swirling the ballots of the contestants names in the big bowl.
"Juvia Lockser," we hear the president call, followed by an exited screech from Juvia.
My mind counts down from the 20 human female contestants to be called and forced into the games.
"Katie Holt," the president yells.

Time passes and we're at five when I hear
the president call my best friend Annabell Lockstone's name as the next contestant.
My vision goes blurry and I start hyperventilating, but I'm still doing better then Annebell, who's already fainted and is lying on the floor.

"Cherryle Rosebirch," the president calls, but I only hear "Cher-" before I'm passed out on the ground with Annebell.

I hear an "Ah, two girls are  passed out!" The group of girls call over the president.

"Oh dear," I heard the president remark as I regain consciousness and lean over to check how Annabell's doing.
As soon as I know she's okay I check my surroundings. Then I realize where we were taken to. We were taken to the local hospital. I sign the forms to leave, and Annabell follows.

It's silent as we're making our way to her place, I walk her home since I live in the woods on the end of town, between Werewolf territory and our Human territory and the forest is past Annabell"s house too so that's on the upside.

We finally arrive at her place, "Goodnight Annabell, don't forget to lock the door!"
I nagged her. "Fine, MOM!" Annebell yells emphasizing "Mom" then we both follow up with a shared "Love you!" Between the two of us before she shuts the door and I walk away.

After we say goodbye my mind runs through my parents murder again.

"Ha, trying to save your pathetic children?? Telling her to get her sister with a 'we'll be fine', eh? Ha, think your words are true? Ha! Say goodbye!" Then his speech was followed by a gunshot. I'll never forget what that family of Wolves have done to us!

I soon arrived at the "Danger" signs at the entrance to the dangerous forest I live in.
It takes me a while to figure out that I'm starting to tear up.
I summer-salt under the signs and caution tapes gracefully, as I'd done so many times before.
I soon find myself at the bottom of our tree.
I'm greeted by my sister, in tears. I guess she heard the news.
