I'm sure you want to know my background, too. Trust me, some of it leads up to why I decided to jump.
I was born about 8 weeks premature on February 3rd, 1997. I was supposed to be born on April 10th.. I guess it didn't work out. I was born via c-section. My mom was in labor but she wasn't dilating; it's a weird story. I got my name because my dad was like weirdly religious or something and believed God was watching over me or something like that. And since Mary was the mother of Jesus, well, you can put the pieces together.
I wasn't expected to live. I wish the doctors were right and just let me die. But it's their job so I guess they did what they were told. I was taken home about five weeks later but I still had to have check ups every week for a year. I'm perfectly healthy other than the fact I'm depressed and suicidal.
Regarding where I live, I have lived in Seabrook, New Hampshire ever since I was born. I live across the street from the beach. It was pretty cool when I was younger... now, not so much.
I first met Christina at the beach. She had just moved here from Charleston, South Carolina. She hadn't made any friends yet so I figured I would befriend her. We were only four-years old when we met. Our birthdays were exactly two months apart. You already know mine, February 3rd, and hers was April 3rd. Small world, and getting smaller. We clicked right away; it was like it was meant to be. We were inseparable just like any other pair of best friends. Of course that was up until she died.
When I was nine my dad, Mark, died. After that it all sort of went down hill.
My mom, Marjorie, started drugs when I was ten, shortly after my dad died. I guess my dad kept my mom in line. When I was twelve, she started abusing me. Somehow, she has managed to keep money from her job as a lawyer and keep our house. She lost her job when I was eleven. Quite frankly, I'd rather move.
I guess my mom liked the idea of her child being an "M" along with her and her husband.
