A girl who had fallen through the ice was being brought up into the night sky. Her platinum blonde hair was styled in a braid and her blue eyes glistened like sapphires. She didn't remember much, and just saw the moonlight.
Darkness. That's the first thing I remember. It was dark, and it was cold. And I was scared. But then...then I saw the moon. It was so big, and it was so bright, and it seemed to chase the darkness away. And when it did...I wasn't scared anymore. Why I was there, and what I was meant to do - that I've never known. And a part of me wonders if I ever will.
She took a breath of fresh air, looking at the moon. He set her down gently on the ground as the ice beneath her feet had disappeared. He told the girl her name and what she was, but nothing more. The girl had seen a shepherd's stick that had emitted magic from it and had fun with it. The girl suddenly felt the wind lift her up and flying around, Jade finally got used to flying when she tried to talk to the villagers, but they all ignored her, walking by like she was no one.
My name is Jade Frost - how do I know that? Manny told me so. But that was all he ever told me. And that was three hundred years ago.
Three hundred years later...2012
Up north of the North Pole, lived Nicholas St. North, known to Santa Claus around the world. He was a big, tough Russian man who had one written "naughty and another that said "nice." He was making another train set.
"Still waiting for cookies!" North shouted, the Elves freezing when they were actually eating his cookies. When he saw the cookies had finally arrived, he didn't notice that one of them had spit the cookie back onto the trey.
"Finally!" North yelled, taking a cookie and laughing because the train upraised off the ground and flew around the room. He laughed gleefully because it flew...until one of the Yetis burst into the room, the train was sadly within the way of the door because it shattered into tiny pieces. North cried out, and therefore the yeti did the same. North took a flash to re-collect himself
"How many times have I told you to knock?" North shouted.
" Warga blarghgha!" The yeti spoke in Gibberish, and only North seemed to understand them.
"What...? The Globe?" North said. He took the sword at his side and nearly trampled on the elves, shooing the elves away.
"Shoo with your pointy heads. Why are you always under boot?" North shouts, approaching the gigantic globe in the room. He looked up and saw the lights flickering. He was astounded as to why this was happening.
"What is this?" he asked. "Have you checked the axis? "Is rotation balanced?"
The Yeti shrugged. Suddenly, North's globe began to cover in a blanket of swirling black sand. The wind emitted from the sand began to blow in several places, elves rushing off in fear of the Black sand. However, after the sand completely covered the globe, it puffed out and suddenly took the form of someone North hoped he never would bother to see again. It took the shape of the Boogeyman and laughed, echoing as it disappeared.
"Can it be?" he said. "Dingle! Make preparations! We are going to have company."
North set his hand on an emergency lever and twisted it as the northern lights emitted to bring the Guardians together once again.
