"Do you wanna go on a date with me sometime?"

Kailani was caught off guard as she was perfectly happy in the awkward nature of her and Sean's relationship of harmless flirting. She wasn't prepared for him to take things to the next level in their relationship and definitely wasn't expecting it to happen so soon. They did only meet a couple weeks ago but damn, what a couple of weeks it has been.

Knowing that the question must've taken a lot of courage for him to ask, Kailani thought it would be best to laugh it out the way they both know best instead of making the situation even more uncomfortable.

"Wow.. is THE Sean Lew asking me on a date?" she fake gasps.

She could hear Sean smirk across the line. "Why, yes, THE Sean Lew is indeed asking THE Kailani DeGuzman on a date."

She giggles. "Well, THE Kailani DeGuzman would absolutely love to go on a date with THE Sean Lew."

"Great.. THE Sean Lew is glad." he laughs. "Okay, seriously, we are never speaking like this again."

"Yes, agreed." Kailani smiled to herself.

"So..." Sean begins. "7pm tomorrow night?"

She bit down on her lip and then smiled. "Can't wait."

"Serris.." Sean groans. "I am in way over my head." he whines, holding up the tenth button up shirt to his chest and then tossing it to the side like it was trash.

Serris couldn't help but laugh at watching her little brother pick out an outfit for his date. It was adorable seeing him get so worked up over which shirt to wear.

"Sean, I love you, but you have to chill out." she says, handing him the next shirt to try out.

"You're supposed to be helping me." he nearly growled, rolling his eyes and tossing the shirt in the pile of clothes on his bed.

She smirks. "I am.. by getting you to calm the hell down. What's Kailani gonna think when she sees you all tense and freaked out?"

He sighs and rummages through his closet, tossing more clothes out onto the floor of his bedroom. "Not helping, Serris."

Serris walks over to her brother who's still frantically throwing clothes around and places her hands on his shoulders. "Sean.. stop."

He groans and walks over to his bed, falling face first on top of the clothes.

"Why are you so worked up over this date? You've gone on plenty of dates with other girls." she says, crossing her arms.

Sean turns on his bed and faces her, pouting. "Yeah, but it's not like I actually liked any of them. It was all just play for me."

She sighed. Serris knew her brother was gonna grow up and break some hearts but she was hoping he'd at least be a gentleman about it. "Okay, fine... SARAH!" she yelled out the door.

"Serris!" Sean yelled. "It was already embarrassing enough to tell you about my date.. now Sarah has to know too?!"

She laughs. "Baby bro, you really expected to keep this a secret from the both of us? Nice one." she pauses. "Besides, you know Sarah's the fashion expert in the family. I don't know why you bothered with me." she shrugs.

As if on cue, Sarah entered the room and was immediately shocked by the mess in the normally tidy room. "Sean! Jesus, what happened in here?! It's like your closet threw up."
