As Sean stared at Kenneth and Kailani dancing with one another from across the studio, he was seeing red. His jaw was clenched and he couldn't help but grind his teeth together in pure jealousy. Every time Kailani smiled at him or every time he touched her, it took everything in him to not walk over there and rip them apart from each other, all while punching Kenneth in the face.

"Sean..?"

Sean jumped, pulling his attention away from them and looked at Bailey, who was looking at him worriedly. "Hey, Bails."

"Are you okay?" she asked.

He nodded. "Um.. yeah. I'm great!"

She rolled her eyes. "Oh, shut up.. we've been friends for how long now? I know when you're upset."

He sighed and sat down on the ground, facing away from the scene that was making his heart ache. "I mean, yeah, but I can't really do anything about it. It's just something I have to deal with."

"Is this about Kailani finding out about your man hoe days?"

Sean gave her a look.

"What?" she laughed. "I don't know how else to put it."

He rolled his eyes. "Yeah. We haven't really talked since she found out and she's been spending a lot of time with Kenneth. I wanna talk to her but I don't know, I just feel like she's gonna hate me."

"Sean, that was the past.. They were mistakes. It's not like you're that same person now. You said it yourself, she's changing you.. making you a better you. Just tell her that. Be honest." she said, offering a small smile and placing a hand on his shoulder. "I guarantee you she won't let your past mistakes affect all the sweet things you've done for her these last few weeks."

He smiled at her. Bailey always had a soft spot in Sean's heart. She was always so caring and empathetic. Whenever Sean needed someone to lean on, she was always there. He was grateful to have her in his life to count on. (a/n: sorry i couldn't help but add in a little seailey.. i'm a sucker for their friendship ;))

"There ya go! You wipe that frown off your face, it was bumming me out. You need a little light in your life." she laughed. "In fact, you know what we all need? A night with everyone. It's been so long since we've all hung out together."

Sean looked at her mischievously. "What'd ya have in mind, Soks?"

She grinned. "Let's all hang at my house tomorrow tonight. My parents are gonna be away in Palm Springs and my sisters are on the East Coast."

"Sounds like a plan." he beamed.

That night, Sean felt anxious as he sat on his bed, staring at the ceiling. He was curious to where Kailani had disappeared to after class was over. After Matt's class had ended, he tried looking for her but she was nowhere to be found. Kenneth was gone too. Julian didn't go to that class today so he knew that someone had to have driven her home. Sean's stomach turned as he tried not to think of that someone being Kenneth. He tried to get to her first but the two were inseparable the entire class. It felt too awkward to walk up to them and interrupt. He sighed heavily as he opened up Instagram and began scrolling through stories to distract him.

Then he felt his heart drop to the bottom of his stomach.

When he clicked on Julian's story, a clip of Kailani fast asleep on Kenneth's shoulder at Julian's apartment flashed across his screen with Julian making comments in the background.

"Awww.. look at these two." he could hear Julian say in the background. "So cute."

Sean quickly closed out the app and threw his phone to the ground in frustration. He was sick of the feeling. He wasn't used to this feeling. Sean Lew doesn't get jealous.
