The Day after

Meredith walks into the hospital after her night with Derek. Meredith walked into the intern lounge to see her four other intern friends. She put on her scrubs and walked back downstairs, Grey, Dr. Shepherd. Then Bailey announced the other interns names as Meredith walked away. She walked up to the nurses lounge where she found Derek.
DS: Hello Meredith Grey
MG: Hello Derek Shepherd
They then walked to an OnCall room
MG: your wife isnt going to find out about us, right?
meredith says while derek kisses her
DS: she cheated on me, we are practically divorced but still married
While Meredith moaned loudly outside Doctors were walking back in forth wonderint who was in there. Addison and Mark walked by the OnCall room and all they could hear was "Ahhhhh" very loudly. Addison immediately asked "Where is Derek?"
MS (mark sloan): probably in a surgery
Mark and Addison werent close although Mark was derek's best friend.
Addison and Mark walked away, although Mark had his suspicions that Derek was the man in that room.
DS: who knows that your Ellis Grey's daughter?
MG: not many people, but i have a sister.
her name is Lexie and we grew up together. She is my moms daughter from a one night stand but I love her so much. She is starting here next year actually.
DS: Does she happen to have a daughter?
MG: No, but I do have a sister that is my moms ex husbands child. Her name  is Molly ans she has a daughter named Sarah. But we never talk. Never even met her.
DS: Well yesterday, I had a case. Involving a Sarah Grey. She is fine, and home.
MG: So, Molly was here?
DS: I didnt know then. Im sorry
MG: its for the better
Meredith and Derek got dressed, and walked out of the room one by one.
Later that day, Meredith and Derek met up once again.
MG: I never found my panties!
DS: I did.
MG: really!!
DS: Mere, look at the board.
pinned to the board was a black lacy thong.
Mg: oh my god.
Meredith and Derek quickly walked away giggling
Hours Later
the chief Owen Hunt had called a hospital meeting.
OH: The OnCall rooms are not a place for sex. They are for sleeping and that is it.
Derek and Meredith eyed each other and tried not to laugh.
after the meeting Meredith and Derek both went back to work before going home.
