십육 | city boy

[a/n: damn it's almost been a month since i updated,, ive been studying a lot as i have exams that started monday so here's a chapter to quench ya thirst ;)]

chan and jeongin were up bright and early the next morning, making bowls of cereal and toast for the other boys who were still snoring away in the back of the camper. jisung was first to wake up out of the remaining 3. of course jisung, being the crack brain he was, had enough energy to jump on top of minho and subsequently earn a groan and kick in the side from the grumpy rose haired boy.

"wakey wakey sleepy bub, we have to continue our adventure" the younger squealed, darting his clenched fist the air as to resemble a super hero.
"jisung it's too early in the morning for this" minho complained, his eyes heavy with sleep.

eventually the group was ready to start day 3 of the excursion as they made their way out of the camper onto the quiet street they parked in. all 5 of them were dressed for comfort either in sweat pants, a hoodie or loose jeans. their hair was messily styled, rough bangs just falling above the brow or slightly parted to each side.

thankfully felix's hotel wasn't far so the gang decided to walk the 10 minutes into town tiredly trudging along the cobbles stone pavement, feet dragging behind and kicking up dust whilst still maintaining smile and morning chatter among each other.

soon the dreary boys drew up to the hotel front desk, having had felix give permission for them to visit they quickly got into the large elevator, lines with red and gold, up to the 3rd floor.

a hard knock bounces of the wooden door and after not much longer, it swung open to reveal a shaggy felix in sweat pants a hoodie and a blood red towel in his hand as he dried his damp hair.

"hey i'm felix i met hyunjin, minho and jeongin yesterday at the day six concert courtyard. i'm aware you're looking for a specific kim seungmin and i've offered to help" honey haired boy smiled, his freckles dusted across his round cheeks and rose tinting his smiling lips ever so slightly

the others nodded and were welcomed into his room to start more journey planning.

"so felix how come your here instead of Seoul because you look like a city boy" jisung asked
the latter thought for a bit and explained he was here for a job interview and to visit family but had the rest of his schedule open from now onwards.

"felix knew seungmin back in high school and is still close with him so i asked him to help us" hyunjin explained.

soon the boys had began replanning the route, filling a fresh map with lines circles and dots until it was like a night time constellation.

hyunjin was having second thoughts however and was clenching tightly on the small tube of half full lip gloss, praying that this felix fellow knew what he was doing. the group couldn't afford failure and were determined to re-connect the two lovers.

[a/n: this is really short i'm sorry, i'm so exhausted but i had to update and i feel like this story is getting worse and worse :( ]
