Lexi's POV
Have you ever felt like nothing was going your way? That's how I felt right now, we'd been in Hogsmeade for a good hour and it had started snowing. This marked late October perfectly, I would normally have loved the snow but right now I was seething, Rosemarie not only sent us back in time, but she had just thrown a snowball at me as well. "Look here you!" I say spinning around quickly, "I am in no mood for you to laugh and throw things at me."
Rosemarie looked at me and frowned, "You seriously, need to lighten up I thought you'd be excited and maybe we could have a snowball fight. I'm going to the Three Broomsticks, I'll meet you at Honeydukes in 10 minutes." The girl I'd come to call my best friends said as she began to walk towards The Three Broomsticks.
"That's not like you at all Lexi, are you sure you're alright?" James asked me and I looked up at him realizing that I had upset Rosemarie. Even if I hadn't meant to.
"Rosie! Wait!" I yelled running after her, she turned and I could tell she was upset now and it made me feel even worse. "I'm sorry, this is all just a little hard to take in and you must be feeling nervous about being around people who see us a certain way right?" I say and she looks at me a mixture of confusion and hurt on her face.
"Yes, I feel the same way about it but that doesn't mean that it hurts me any less that you basically hurt me like that in front of the people we supposedly hang out with all the time." Rosemarie said and then turned.
"I know and I'm sorry, can we talk about this later?" I say and Rosemarie nods.
James' POV
Now I know something is wrong, Lexi would have never yelled at Rosemarie like that but I can't be sure until I talk to them. "Sirius, I really think that something is wrong with the girls. First they acted like they hadn't ever seen us before. Then Lexi screamed at Rose."
Sirius looked at me and sighed "I think you're right, James. But what could be wrong? They were fine yesterday but maybe they will straighten out eventually. Maybe they are just excited about this Christmas holiday, since we will all be spending it together." Sirius muttered as he looked at me.
"I guess but we should ask them about it when we are alone." I say and Remus joins in the conversation.
"You mean, your just going to straight out ask them what is the matter?" He concluded and frowned at us. That was right before Rose and Lexi came running back. But now my attention was else where as I spotted Lily.
"Oh, Lily Flower! Go on a date with me Saturday?" I all but yelled as I rabbit over to her.
"Not in your wildest dreams Potter." She answers back
"But you're already in my dreams Lily Flower." I say with a smirk. But she Huff's and just walks away from me.
Rosemarie's POV
I guess you could say I was a little more than hurt that Lexi had screaned at me but it was understable after she explained it to me. "I guess we need to go back if they think we are acting suspicious." I say and walk back over to the Maruaders. This was going to be harder than I thought.
I know this is short but I hope this is good. I'll be updating again Friday or Saturday.
