31.The Visit

Rhian's POV
After eating lunch with Phoenix I pulled him to the grocery store to buy some fruits.

"Why are you buying fruits when you can just ask your assistant?"Phoenix asked me.

I rolled my eyes on him.

"Come on,just help me pick the freshest fruits around here"I said and took an orange and identify it.

"No way. You can do that on your own. I just asked for lunch."

I pouted and snake my hands to his muscle.

I leaned my head to his shoulder while still pouting.

"But I thought,we're bestfriends? Please Phoenix. I know you're good in picking fruits. And that will make you the most hansome among the pickers"I'm joking. But this is the only way for him to listen.

"Fine"

I smiled and pull his arms again through the fruits.

"Just look and smell the fruits that you'll pick. And it actually depends. In oranges,you have to pick the color orange and not the yellows. Make sure it's clean and what so ever"he said and just pick the sweetest on look oranges and put it inside the plastic.

We also bought apples,kiwi,pomelo,bananas and avocado.

After buying,I also went to the hospital with him.

He's holding the paper bag of fruits.

"Excuse me,do you have a patient named Erzaleigh Alcantara Redfalcon?"I asked the nurse.

"Yes po. Sa Room 210 po sa 3rd floor. Expected visitor po ba sila Ma'am?"the nurse asked.

"No,I'm actually a friend."

"Sorry Ma'am. Expected visitors lang po ang pwede sabi ni Mr.Alcantara"

"Don't you know me,nurse? I'm Rhian Peru. Call the Chairman if you want to. I'm expected"

The nurse was shock and called the Chairman on the telephone.

"Good afternoon Chairman,this is from Manila International Hospital,Nurse Faith...May expected visitor po ba kayo kay Ms.Redfalcon?...Ah okay po Chairman...Sorry po...Sige po Chairman,bye"she ended the call.

I smiled at her and she quickly bowed to me as a sign of respect.

"Sorry Miss Peru! Please forgive me po!"the nurse said as if her life is about to end when she didn't apologize.

"Okay,okay. So,am I allowed to go?"I asked.

"Yes po. Sorry po talaga Miss Rhian"she keep on saying sorry!

"It's okay na. We'll go."I said and smiled.

She's still bowing to us until we finally walk away.

Erzaleigh's POV

I woke up with my Mom on my side.

"A-anak,you're awake! Nurse! Nurse!"Mom called the nurse and came back while holding my hand.

"Sweetie,don't move your head okay? Your wound is not yet healed so no extra movements. How are you? Can you speak?"she continued asking question.

"Mom,stop panicking. I'm fine. Kailan ako napunta dito?"I asked.

"Sweetie, 3 days ka ng tulog."

I hold my head and I'm a little bit dizzy.

"Mom,can I have water?"I asked.

"Sure,Sweetie. Just wait okay? I'll also call the Chairman."
