This was bloody brilliant!

We were cruising down the empty street in an old-ish car which had horns. Horns! For gods sake!

I gave excited looks to everyone in the car. Newt gladly returned it with an amused smirk.

Driving down through mountains and valleys, we followed a road. Which ended up at a road curling up a mountain. Although it was blocked with other abandoned vehicles.

Poor Berthe. Oh well!

I went to fiddle with my scarf, but couldn't considering I'd lost it when we jumped out the damn zipline.

We came to a stop, hopping out the car and gathering out front.

I put my hand on Aris' shoulder and he turned to me, smiling smally, then turning back to the situation.

"Well, I guess we're on foot." Stated Jorge, taking in the the large rust buckets (old abandoned cars) blocking our path.

I noticed Brenda's breathing intensify, but decided to keep to my own buisness.

We began our walk through the cars, taking in the large view.

Some of us even searching cars for anything useful.

While I retreated from the window of a car, A gunshot on metal was heard. I was pulled behind one of the cars by Newt and thank god he did because they didn't stop.

"Get down!"

"Take cover!" I heard.

I held tightly onto Newt's forearm, waiting for something to happen. Every so often when the bullets sounded, I would cover my ear with the one free hand.

I was inbetween Newt and Minho, I pulled my knees to my chest to hide them just in case.

"Is everyone okay out there?"
Thomas yelled out.

"We're fine." Teresa yelled back.

"Beside the mini heart attack." I called out casually, but inside my heart was thudding with nerves.

"Anyone know where those bloody shots came from?"
Newt bellowed out, completely content with my hand on his forearm, soon receiving a reply from Jorge.

"Its that son of a bitch Marcus," he said loud enough for me to just catch what he said. "He led us into an ambush."

Thomas peeked across the hood of the car he was hiding behind. Earning a few more shots, and causing me to let go of Newt's arm and cover my ears. I had felt a ringing echo in my ears.

"Everybody, get set to sprint back to the truck. And hold your ears." Jorge called out.

Of course I was gonna make sure Aris got to the truck safely first and anyone else if they needed it.

I heard the clink of a gun and a woman's voice say, "drop it." Over where Thomas was ready to chuck the bomb.

Shit! This is the end! No more Hannah, goodbye Hannah!

"Now!"

"On your feet, lets go. Let's go!" Ordered the same voice.

I glanced at both Minho and Newt, deciding on what to do.

"Move."

"You three over here now." The two ordered. My hair was whipping around my face due to the light breeze flowing through.

"Dont be stupid move."

I held my head low in order to not look them in the eyes, and also they couldn't see my face. I also held my hands up in surrender.
