It was sometimes pink and orange, in the other days its blue and pink, but for most of the days it's the usual blue and orange color. The sunset's color was consistent for three weeks, except today with its bland blue and white color. As the night goes deeper the people at the street gets busier too. Transportation vehicles are starting to be filled with passengers and traffic is starting to be evident.
"One Green Tea frappuccino for Pranpriya." I pulled my earphones and grabbed my beverage as soon as I heard my name called
I presented my receipt before grabbing the drink, "Thanks."
It's Saturday and I decided to spend my day in a coffee shop four blocks away from my dorm. I have some medical reports to submit by next week and I plan on finishing them here and tour myself a bit after to this newly open mall just across my dorm.
"What the hell." I complained as I panicked because of an important file I couldn't find
I reviewed the folders in my desktop carefully and made sure to check every file to see if it includes the report I needed. After a few minutes of scanning my folders, I decided to close my laptop first, breathe slowly, and recall the last spot I saw that report.
I opened my bag and searched for my phone because I might have written it in my notes or took a picture of it. My bag was a bit messy and so I relied on my hand on finding it and instead of feeling a big rectangle thing, I felt a small one. I took it out and a feeling of relieve came to me, "I placed it in my usb now I remember." I plugged it in my laptop and waited for the files to appear
I clicked the only folder that I saw and had my forehead crease in confusion as I saw an unfamiliar folder set, "eikuednej? Why the hell would I place such a weird name for a folder." I clicked the folder and pictures started to appear, I clicked one out of curiosity
"Jendeukie" I whispered as the pictures made it clearer for me on why I labelled the folder like that
Even up to now I can't help but get infected with her gummy smile, time may have passed generously but the effect that she has on me never lessened. She's still this precious gummy bean that could easily brighten up my day that makes me want to protect every time. The coffee shop was really quiet at this time that a mere opening of a door caught my attention. A teen-age girl came in holding a paper bag with the mcdo logo on it. She was no one familiar but I sighed with the amount of flashbacks I'm having with the pictures on my screen and the paper bag that the stranger's holding
"Please give this to the girl who'll be asking you to get a package under lalisa manoban." Lisa handed a huge tip to the crew to go with her favour before leaving the fast food store
Pranpriya dialled jisoo's number as soon as she settled across mcdonalds, "Hello jisoo unnie." Lisa greeted, "I had an emergency and there's this package I have to give to my friend. She needs it today so can you please go to mcdonalds near the university? I dropped the package under my name and I'm on my way to my emergency now." Lisa lied
"Sure why not, I'll be there in a minute. Go and attend to your emergency first."
"Thanks jisoo unnie." Pranpriya ended the call and sent a message to jennie after
*Hey babe can you please pick up something for me? I have an emergency and I need this package right away. My friend will meet you at mcdonalds the one near the university* and just a few seconds later jennie replied *Yeah sure i'll be there in 5*
