It was the beginning of the first semester, the first day of high school. I quickly got up excited to meet new friends and be a new person. Jaylon, who had just moved to my house over the summer is staying because of his dad's work. He was waiting for me downstairs. We ate breakfast and got out together, we were going to be in the same school and same year. He went and grabbed my bicycle and we both hopped on. I held on to his waist as he started to drive really fast. "Slow down Jaylon!" I said. "Chill, this is just normal speed, watch me go even faster!" He started to speed up even more and I swear I was going to get blown away by the strong wind. After a few more seconds, we were at the school. I just stared at the giant building knowing that I was going to spend my high school life here. Jaylon and I went into the school and I saw many eyes on him, it was weird but we both ignored it. I went to the bulletin board where it posted which class I was going to be in and I saw A1. Yes! I got in the superintendent program! Then I started to look for Jaylon's name and saw that he was also in my class. I tried to find him and to see that he was stuck with a giant crowd, I knew he was going to make many friends but I wasn't prepared for it being so fast! I tried to make way into the crowd but accidentally got pushed. Then, a hand grabbed me and pulled me up. It was Jaylon. Blushing, I told Jaylon that we were in the same class. We walked into the classroom together and found where we were supposed to be seated. Being near the window and alone, I stared and blanked out. Then I heard a sound next to me, I saw someone familiar. I remembered that it was him, the person who gave me tissue over the summer. Now, this is the high school life, being stuck with both of your crushes in the same class.
