This can't be reality!

Out of every day, usually day three is the most normal, but this year not for me.

I was walking down the hallways when all of a sudden Chris, aka my crush since third grade, walked up to me and asked if we could meet after school.

"I...I"

The awkward girl stutter. All girls get this. For me, it's totally uncomfortable and annoying. I could never tell a boy how I feel.

Finally Jade popped up and said "of course she'll love to."

What would I do without Jade?

"You saved my butt back there" i murmured. She just smiled and walked away.

Oh crap.

She laid on the floor in total silence and embarrassment.

Once again the awkward girl stutter.

She corrects herself
"I am so sorry Will. I'll get those books for you"

As she stumbles off her feet she hands Will his books.

"Uh thanks"

She smiled "no problem"

I could tell that in her tiny little head she is screeching that she talked to him for the first time. She watched as his hair plopped up and down.
