The second day of school is the same too. Wake up, brush teeth, wear casual clothes, eat breakfast, and head off to meet Jade, my best friend.

Jade and I have been friends since the 3rd grade and look where we are now. Anyways, here comes Chris with his "jock" group. He's so fricking cute.

Next here comes the "popular" girls. Any and her gang. Honestly I tend to ignore her but what can I say? Sometimes things might get out of hand.

I run up to Jade "heyyyyyyy"

She runs back "heyyyyy"

"Whatcha doing after school?" I asked

"I might be working today" she said rolling her eyes

"Same. I hate work."

11:56 A.M.

History ended and it was time for lunch... my favorite part of the day other than dismissal.

Luke tagged along of course. He's had a major crush on Jade since the day they met. I have to admit, I can see them together, but Jade has her eyes set on someone else. That someone else is Will Shepherd aka the biggest geek in the entire school. I don't know what Jade
sees in him, but who am I to question.

At lunch I sat next to Luke and Jade. Luke kept on pointing out the fact that I was staring drastically at Chris.

Jade turned "I can't believe the sophomore prom is this weekend."

"Same. I have no one to go with. Single Pringle for life" I smile.

She giggles. "Maybe someone special will ask you out"

"I doubt that"

Luke is just staring at Jade. He makes it so obvious and awkward.
