I woke up the next morning wrapped in Lauren's arms who was still sleeping. I realized what happened last night and I smiled at the memories. From the walk on the beach, to the pier, to exchanging presents, to the love making. I watched her sleep for a while until I saw her eyes flutter open.
"It's not nice to stare" she giggled and buried her face in my neck as I felt her lips on my it. "Last night was the best night of my life" she muttered in my neck.
"I can say the same" I smiled.
We laid in bed with our naked bodies against each other in a comfortable silence. Until I decided to get up to make us breakfast. I got out of Lauren's arms and walked over to my closet pulling out a pair of sweats and Fifth Harmony sweater I bought online. Yea I never thought I would have a pop band shirt in my closet. I threw them on and walked over my dresser and put on my Cimorelli beanie I also bought online.
"Booooo you're in clothes" Lauren pouted still laying in bed.
"Hush. Come on get up I'm not bringing you breakfast up here"
"Why not"
"Because I'm lazy"
"Well I'm lazy too"
"Babe come on get up" I said and walked out of my room.
While I was making pancakes I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist.
"Yay pancakes!" Lauren said and kissed my cheek. "I like your beanie by the way" she winked.
"Course you do" I told her.

"Kayla there's someone who wants to talk to you downstairs" Jason told me and I looked up from my laptop.
"Okay I'll be down in a sec"
I walked downstairs and I couldn't believe who was sitting in the living room talking to my mom. This guys put two amazing and very successful bands together.
"Kayla this is Simon Cowell" my mom told me.
"Mom I know who he is he's a legend" I said.
"Well I can see you like Fifth Harmony" Simon said pointing out my sweater.
"Y-yea they're amazing" I stuttered.
"Well I bet you're wondering why I'm here" he told me
"Yea kinda"
"well I saw your cover online. Well the girls of Fifth Harmony showed me your cover of their song One Wish" he started
"Wait wait wait.. Fifth Harmony saw MY cover as in M Y"
"Yes Dinah actually showed me" MY QUEEN! FRICK! "Well I saw that cover and I saw a few more. I'm very interested in signing you. I think you have a lot of potential and will be amazing. Do you think you'll be interested?"
"I umm I umm yea I guess I was never really a singer tho I never sang in front of people before. Dance yes but never sang" I informed him. "But yea I'm interested"
"Well you'll have to audition for me and a few other people from the record label. I suggest a cover song and an original. Do you think we could schedule something in a few days?"
"Y-yea that fine"
"And you could bring family and friends for support if you'd like to make you more comfortable"
"Yes thank you"
"Well I must get going. It was nice meeting you all. I'll be in touch" simon said. He said goodbye and left.
"D-did that really just happen!?" I shouted once simon left.
"Yes congratulations sweety" my mom said pulling me into a hug.
"Congrats Kayla" said Jason
"Thanks guys. I'm gonna head back up to my room. Goodnight" I told them. They said goodnight back and I went up to my room.
Did I just really get offered to a record label?! Did simon Cowell tell me that Dinah as in THE DINAH JANE HANSEN SHOW HIM MY COVER?! Oh god this is so much to take in.
