When Dean makes a reference to the children's show "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody" to Zachariah and Castiel, he has to explain that it is a show. Although this show is generally aimed at children, it being on Disney channel, it didn't air until Dean was defiantly not a child anymore. The reason he'd watched the show as an adult?
Because Dean never had a childhood.
