When I woke in my room, I found myself staring at my ceiling, sweat dripping from my forehead as I lied there. Kemi, a girl I've liked for awhile now, was killed right before my eyes. Was it just a dream? I mean, I awoke so it has to be right?

So the first thing I did was look around for my phone to see if I had our chat history on my phone still. To confirm we went on the date or not. But the thing was, my phone wasn't there anymore, it wasn't in the spot I always put it. So I started searching all around my room but i couldn't find it. My phone was gone. I started to panic like any teenager would if they lost their phone.

That's when my mom walked in, and well, she was more or less wondering why I was throwing stuff around in just my pj bottoms. And when I told her I lost my phone, she gave me a puzzled look.

“You gave your phone to your little sister so she could contact us while studying abroad. You told us you didn't need it since the people at your new college were pricks and not friend worthy.” Was her reply, but I never had any siblings. I was an only child. My parents had a stillborn before they had me, and then another three years after. So they said they are done with the pain of losing a child. So I never had anyone as a sibling, that's why I started to panic when she said I had a younger sister.

And if that wasn't enough. “Yo, Rasu. I'm gonna have a shower, ‘kay? Don't open the door or else I'll send Tresy to bite chu.” Another woman's voice. The stillborn was a female and our old dog, her name was Tresy. So I put two and two together and I played along.

“Yea ‘kay. Wouldn't want her to bite me now would I? Have your shower quickly though since I woke late. Is that doable Clara?” I got an all good from her, but my mom wasn't letting up. She kept pestering me, asking me if I was sick or if I hit my head. That's when I asked a question I really shouldn't have. How's Kemi.

“Um who's Kemi? She new at the college?” She replied. A reply that I never thought I’d hear from her since she was quite fond of her. I think she probably saw Kemi as the daughter she lost, so for her to ask who she was. It wasn't normal.

“Quit joking around. You know, Kemi Franswor. From their farm.”

“Rosaru, the Franswor farm burned down two years ago, there were no survivors and they didn't have any children.” Is all she said. She told me after that she's calling the college to tell them I'm going to be staying home. I… Wasn't one to argue. Mainly since I was too confused to, and who could blame me. It was like I was in another timeline. That of which everything that went wrong in my family, never went wrong. Everything I know, the one I loved. It was all gone. And I had no idea how to get them back.

“Oh by the way, we have a new exchange student staying with us. Could you please wake them so they can have breakfast with us?” My mom asked me before leaving. I stood there alone, tears soon escaping my eyes as I fell to knees. Everything I knew, came crashing down before me. My life was now just a fantasy that only I knew was real.

I got dressed and headed out of my room and walked into our guest room and found a girl laying in the bed. She had long cyan hair that laid surprisingly elegantly on the bed. Her face was like that of every guys dreams and her skin was tanned. She looked to he Asian and her posters and what not confirmed that. Posters of asian bands and animes were plastered all over the walls and she even wore pjs that looked to be a cosplay for some anime character. Her shirt was bunched up so it barely covered her chest and her bottoms were just about falling off. So basically her hair was the only elegant thing about her at the moment.

I walked around the room which seemed bigger than I remembered, but at the moment, nothing really surprised me anymore. Or so I thought. I walked up to the bed and examined her face, she was cute alright, and so I poked her cheek. She let out a soft moan and smacked my hand away. And so I proceeded to keep poking her face to which she awoke with yawn. A yawn that soon inhaled my finger since she moved into my pokingspree. Her eyes shot open and I pulled my finger back as she gagged. And I think that's when she realized a guy was in her room because she shot up and back to the wall pulling her clothes so they were more presentable.
