Johns pov

It's was 2 days after the burr incessant and Alex is still in bad shape. He refuses to let go of me and won't let us leave the room. He constantly looks around as if burr is going to pop and doesn't sleep in fear of nightmares.
He rarely eats and he defiantly doesn't drink anything, he's just a mess.
The doctor Washington takes him to therapy, but it doesn't help it's seems as though nothing does. It's really hard for him, he reverted back to a 5 year olds mind and it's not easy for me either. My autism is getting worse, and it's making me panic while i do, do my repetitive actions and sounds I have to do it constantly. Herc and Laf have been by a few times but Alex refuses to to talk.
"Alex I know your scared but can you at least talk to me." I asked softly. He lifted his head and looked me in they eye.
"o-okay" he said in a whisper. I smiled down at him.
"I know your stil worried burr will come back, but he won't he was switched to another hospital."
"I know, but I can't help it, everything he did made me have a flash back"
"well just so you know me, Herc and Laf will be here for okay, so can you please start eating and sleeping again"
I'll try"
"that's all I can ask" I layed us down and ran my fingers through his hair til he fell asleep. later I fell asleep to ready for our lives to back to normal. well as normal as a mental hospital can be.
as they both slept neither knowing that alex will have a special surprise the next day

I know it's short but I have need to have 5 chapters by today but after this I'll probably come back and make them better and longer.
