Tonight we had a bonfire night at camp, I didn't want to participate so I walked around by myself for a while. Since it was evening the summer breeze was all around, wrapping me into a hug as I  aimlessly walked. I continued up the path until I was decently far from the center of camp, near the lake. I then came upon some large rocks by the waterside. Of course I sat down, but just then I heard a rustle in the bushes nearby. I jumped quickly to my feet as my heart beated heavily since I was weaponless. It was then I turned around, "Dammit! You heard me." said an all too familiar voice. "Luke?", I asked surprised.  As the figure stepped closer I was able to make him out in the dimly lit night. "Yeah, it's me"  Luke laughed. Keeping my voice low I dropped my guard as I asked, "what are you doing here?" The tall handsome boy smirked, "Well I'm here to see you of course." His gunmetal blue eyes scanned my face for a reaction. "What do you want with me? You haven't come to visit me in a while." I said rather coldly to him. I know that sounded a bit harsher than I had intended, but I had been missing Luke more than usual and he had never even tried reaching me, even by iris message. Suddenly he stepped forward and placed his arm around my waist, his hand running across my back forced my eyes towards his. Luke looked at me with sincerity in his eyes as he said in no more but a quiet whisper, "I'm sorry I haven't come to see you in a while, but I need you to know that I'm still in love with you." Before I could protest or worry about us being caught he started again, " I know you're upset, but please listen to me-" I abruptly interrupted him, I heard someone coming through the bushes.
