Chapter 2

Allura looked at coran before they both ran towards the girl "Kyra!"

Allura helped coran carry Kyra to one of the empty bedrooms on the ship that looked personalised almost as well as similar to allura's. Keith followed confused on why she had said his name. When Kyra was laid on the bed after checking she didn't need to go into a healing pod Keith spoke up

"who is she? How does she know my name?"

"The is the red lion, as well as my sister, she knows who you are because one your the red paladin and two you look like our brother who died in the war beside the commander of the Altean army, his fiancé, we haven't wanted to tell you this information but you are all reincarnations of those dear to the lions. You and Kyra were twins you were her best friend, similarly with the others, they all volunteered or was asked to be part of voltron be the humanity and the life of the lions. Kyra volunteered, determined to help father in any way she could, she and you were older than me by 5 periods or as you call them years. She didn't care if she went in one day and never came back out, her cryopod must have been damaged in your last battle but if one opens they all open. Coran keep an eye on life forms in the other hangers, Altean, galran, olkari and balmeran. We should leave her to rest when the other's emerge they will need rest as well, they were chosen for their abilities with quintessence, they power the lion they move power around they aren't corrupted by the power." Allura said before leading them out of her sister's room, 

As they left another intruder alarm went off and Allura and coran looked at each other and the three ran to the control room to find its location, they met with the others there, the alert was for the black hanger. Allura grabbed shiro and keith and ran to the hanger dragging them

"Allura what's going on?" Shiro asked as he and Keith tried to keep up

"Yuki is awake, seeing the re incarnation of her brother commander Shirogane will reassure her, just like with Kyra seeing me and Keith, now keep up"

Keith almost fell when Allura said commander Shirogane, his past self had been engaged to Shiro's past self, he had to know more about this but kept up with the other two.

As they entered the hanger yuki was walking shakily and saw shiro

"Takashi?"

She tried to move closer but collapsed. Shiro rushed to her

"she looks almost exactly like my sister on earth who's called yuki what's going on here"

"We are reincarnations of people important to them 10,000 years ago" Keith said calmly walking over, "she has an earth counterpart your actual sister"

Shiro nodded and picked her up "where should I take her?"

Allura smiles and indicates for shiro and Keith to follow her, which they did and she used a small device to check her vitals and for any injuries before opening the doors to the room next to Kyra's "she doesn't need to go into a healing pod so lay her down on her bed, when the others are all out and awake I will explain everything in detail"

Keith and shiro both nodded as they left back to the control room where everyone was very confused . Allura sighed ""I'm sure your all wondering what's happening, well all I can say is, there are people within the lions, they all have a unique connection to quintessence, I can tell you this though, you are all human reincarnations of those important to those inside the lions, Keith is the reincarnation of mine and Kyra's brother, prince Keith of altea, shiro is the reincarnation of commander Takashi Shirogane of the Altean army, my brother's fiancé, lance was a galran soldier who stood up to Zarkon at the beginning of the war as his sister was the blue lion's controller. He died for what he said, pidge was an olkari woman, smartest on her team, she and her brother matt were as close as siblings could be,
Matt is within the green lion, finally hunk was a balmeran he wasn't one for fighting but would do anything for his family, his sister Hannah is in the yellow lion"
